Grouchy woman yakking with her friend while I wait to put money on a pump. Her friend was blocking the counter so I couldn't hand the grouch the money. She, evidently, expected me to wait for her personal conversation because she gave me a dirty look then didnt load the pump with my payment until I came back in the store.She then comes out to confront me because I didn't put the money down to her liking. Overpriced and caustic service

Great open space location. The service was nice. Lots of items in store. I thing being located where they are gives lots of stars. There are plenty of parking areas and you don't feel rushed like most stores that's near busy area. It's also close to the exit and entrance of the freeway and beach area. Please take a little time and stop here and see for yourself if you like what I see.

I was using the restroom and the cashier said I was taking too long and kicked me out. She was being very disrespectful and called the cops when I was just using the restroom. I was putting gas and came from out of town so I had to use the bathroom. I highly recommend not to come here, terrible customer service 2/11 around 8pm.

Today is 1/21/23 I go in to this store every day several times a day no problem but this time at around 8:45 pm the Filipino old lady that works night shift was being very very rude to me forcing me to buy an ice cream because I had checked price with her than she proceeded to hold up the line and said some very rude outbursts to me I don't know if she was having a bad day or what but this has to be addressed I spend a lot of money there everyday because I'm a tow truck driver and I'm always in this perticilar area I will speak to the manager about this

Today is July 19th 2022, and I received an email from my bank 45 min after leaving the gas station (and putting about $60 worth of gas in), stating that my card was declined $150 at Westmart in Carlsbad 4990 Avenida Encinas 92008. I called my bank immediately and they said someone put in the wrong Pin #, and that there is most likely a Skimmer attached to the card slot of the pump I used. I tried to call Westmart but no answer. I don't live local so this is a heads up to anyone who uses this gas station! Maybe you can pass on the word.

I would give them a zero if it was applicable. The gas attendant. Was a Condescending a******* As a black man I have never felt so belittled in my life. All there items are overpriced and their customer services sucks even worse

The selection of food and beverages is great however one of the employees that works there is incredibly rude. I think other yelpers know who I'm talking about. For example I was buying a protein bar to fuel my run I was on and she randomly told me "you look like a rapist" then she started rambling about how her husband cheats on her and how he has health problems. The entire experience was awkward and has reinforced me to skip buying snacks on the go from them as she still works at west mart. I wish this story were a joke.
