They usually have what I'm looking for and everyone in the store is so helpful. Special shout out to Heidi, who recently took the time to help me match a years-old sample of basic "white" paint with the same "white" -- and they actually had a fresh quart of it on the shelf! This is what a good general hardware store is all about: expert help and well-stocked shelves tailored to the local market.

The staff at this store are very helpful and customer-focused. Yesterday, Wes went above and beyond to assist my friend with getting a mobile car battery jumper and made sure she was able to get the proper extension cord to recharge the unit.

So happy we have an Ace Hardware in our neighborhood. My first choice for hardware, tools and materials for various DIY projects. Last time I picked up sand paper and drop cloth. Many options and people were very helpful.

Store is clean and organized but their coupon system is a misleading joke. I go here instead of Home Depot because of the coupons and now will think twice.

I've tried to get keys here twice in the last year and both times the machine has been broken. The store is also split into 2 stores with the pet store in the middle which makes it essentially 2 stores and you have to checkout twice.
