We were directed here but got lost, despite my husband having an excellent sense of direction. It's almost the case of the invisible vanishing bank...it's hidden behind a Starbucks, and when we finally found it, it was fine. Oddly desolate but we got the job done with the versateller machine. B of A is one of those places I could endlessly complain about, and despite my litany of woes, I stick by them, so they're clearly doing something to get my business.

The new branch team is amazing! The staff has excellent customer service and are extremely helpful. It does get busy fast, so make sure to go early.

Rude and understaffed. Two women working on administrative things while one teller takes in 17 separate deposits from a nice customer. They could have paused what they were doing to receive 5 star service. Currently the one teller is still taking in deposits and no one else is available to help. Although an associate did have time to come over and provide me with a slew of excuses and was increasingly rude so I asked her to help the next associate.

B of A (Bank of Aggravation) How does this place stay in business? They screw you royally on bank fees. Every time I turn around, they are initiating cutbacks to services and staffing and that means more sub par service. I'm not making this up: I have been trying to get my personal account online so I can monitor it through the web, as I have done with my business account. (This has been going on for six months, so I have just about given up and want to change banks) I have still not been able to get an answer, unless gobbledygook and runaround counts. Maybe they wouldn't have to spend millions on fancy advertising if they gave better service instead of finding ever more sophisticated ways to pick the customer's pocket. Yes, I know banks like other businesses need to turn a profit, but it should be at the cost of their reputation and customer servic

I went there at 3 pm and could not get in. The doors were locked and you could only get in with an account. I called and you can not talk to them without an account. Bad business. I needed to cash a check from one of their customers but there were no humans around and lights were out. I can't wait till you go out of business. Your a disgrace to banking.

Oh my gosh this is the slowest bank ever. Make sure you have plenty of time if you have to go into the branch. A simple withdrawal will take 1/2 hour.

Kept accounts with BofA for years - friendly staff, good branch for personal banking needs - Recommend scheduling an appointment to avoid waiting in line

Poorly managed. Can't blame the teller, she was the only one working throughout the morning, and lines were long. Need a better manager that understands customer service and staffing.

I have been banking at Bank of America since 1991. I decided to use the drive through ATM to deposit a $100 bill as I had a baby sleeping in the car. The machine would not accept it. I needed to make this deposit to cover a bill that day so I woke up the baby and walked into the bank. I was greeted by the manager, I believe his name is Gordon, and he asked me how he could help me today. I told him I was unable to deposit my cash and he said "let's go outside to the ATM to see what was going on." I told him I had already tried to deposit the cash out there 5 times but he didn't seem to care. He had me try to deposit the money all over again and the ATM would not accept the bill. He looked at the bill and said "I've never even seen a bill that looks like this. We can go inside to check it but if it's a counterfeit bill you will not be getting it back." (He is foreign and the bill was from the 1980's so maybe he hadn't ever seen a bill like this. Still, I thought it was a strange thing for a bank manager to say.) He asked me where I got the bill from and I told him it was from one of my husband's clients. He then asked me "well, who is this client?" Another strange thing to say. At this point, I told him that I was uncomfortable and left. There were people standing there hearing the whole awkward conversation. Luckily, a kind employee at CVS next door checked my bill with a marker. It was real, of course. I made a small purchase and she gave me change, which I then took back to the drive through ATM to deposit. If Gordon has just checked the bill with his own marker in the first place, my whole experience would have been so much easier. Instead, I left the bank feeling defeated and like a criminal!

If I could give zero stars I wouldn't hesitate. This branch needs to close down or have a major haul in their team members. I'm a Banks of America customer and a college graduate with a Business degree and a professional set of skills and qualifications. I really wanted to work for this bank as I have the passion to learn financial aspects and how the Bank of America does banking. I was scheduled an interview for a specific time and when I showed up, the manager didn't even know about it or wanted to check with the hiring dept. We rescheduled for a week after and there was positivity and good communication. When I should up for the specific fate the manager sat with his assistant and interviewed me in a very rude manner, without eye contact or real interest to know how I am. Interrupting my answers and speech with unrelated questions and neglecting the real core of an interview. The manager acknowledged my presence and liked my answers I left the branch with hopes but they never called me back or notified me about their decision. I called few times and always left on hold for hours. Finally, a lady told me on the phone that the position has been frozen. Their teller line is always slow and I could see the frustration on people's face even when it comes to small transactions. Never coming back.
