Oh my gosh this is the slowest bank ever. Make sure you have plenty of time if you have to go into the branch. A simple withdrawal will take 1/2 hour.

Poorly managed. Can't blame the teller, she was the only one working throughout the morning, and lines were long. Need a better manager that understands customer service and staffing.

Went to cancel my account. Their phone lines are a 45-hour wait. Went into the branch. Got sat down at the couch just to wait 15 minutes to find out the person who can close my account is out on lunch. This is my 2nd visit to try and get my account closed in 48 hours only to WASTE MY TIME!!! They don't want to help you. They don't want to assist. Just want you to waste YOUR lunch break so they can add more fees and cost you your time and money. THIS IS REASON 455 why I am leaving this bank.

Tellers' attude was unpleasant or rude.I went there 3 times. The first 2 visits were unpleasant because of teller's rude manner. A couple of years I visited again and their greeting was wonderful but when I did bank business, they were rude again, and i was very disappointed. Since then, I never go there again.

Hard to understand how banks like this stay in business. Oh yeah...we bailed them out. I wish we had let them fail. Fifty years ago, when I was a child, banks were trusted pillars of the community. Now they seem like predators and parasites.
