I went in there to ship some documents to India. The people at the counter could not help me, but they put their manager Al on the phone who found the fastest way for documents to reach the destination. And they did, in 3 days! Prices are competitive too!

What a disaster, visiting this Print Shop on Lincoln av. in Carmel was today! The clerk Erik, was on the phone when I came in to pick up my order, & there, was another customer waiting to pay as well. Erik continued to field phone calls, as we both waited, waited, & waited. When I suggested, a no-brainer, that he ask phone callers to remain on Hold, or that he would return their call promptly, he looked at me so rudely, & all he would say, without looking me in the eye, was that he was very busy! Uh, Duh!!!Erik the clerk, was very rude & unprofessional, & clearly lacks the maturity to be running this shop, or working with the public. I will not be returning here, & will give my business to the other Print Shop here in Carmel! Thank goodness!

So happy when you learn that small businesses with hearts exist. I came down to Carmel by the Sea for a weekend. I brought my laptop but left the power cord at home. After buying a portable power supply at a big box store, I discovered that there was no plug included in the box. I figured that I'd try to get one here. Carmel Office Supply is located in the building of the hotel where I'm staying. Al, the proprietor, not only tried to find me a plug with the appropriate attachment in the shop but also looked in back of the store. When that proved fruitless, he called three local businesses before locating one. I was grateful--the store also sells some neat little items including honey and chocolate, which I bought for the cat sitter. When I asked Al how else I could thank him, he replied, "Do something nice for someone." Wow. I'll do my durndest, Al!

There always seem to be a step behind every time you come into the location and there's only one person that they're assisting but it seems that they take on so much work that they probably don't send your mail out on time. Also understaffed and can only take care of one person at a time. each customer spends a minimum of 15 minutes for the transaction.

Love being 2 blocks from this shop. They do it all. Fedex, USPS, DHL, office supplies. I don't know what my business would do without them.

Natalie really saved me! I needed new referral cards printed up right away. I was in the market for a new local printer, so thought I would give Carmel Office Supply & Business Center a try. SO much easier, faster, and even better quality than where I was going before! I just emailed my file and she took care of the rest. I picked them up the same day for LESS money than the "big box" store printer I was using. Later I pulled out one of my old cards and compared to the those that Natalie had just done - even the color quality was better on the new ones!

I never expected you to perform a valuable service for free. Most notaries do charge the maximum fee allowed by law, currently $15. It was $10 last time I used the service. Many notaries do offer a "loan closing package," or do offer discounts for multiple signatures. $210 for 30 minutes' work? My gripe is that you did not inform me upfront what your fee would be. I admit, I did not ask upfront; hence, buyer beware. For $400/hour, I would expect expert legal advice in addition to witnessing my signature.

Carmel office supply has a level of customer service which went extinct with the dinosaurs. I had to use their services to deliver to the east coast. Unfortunately, the address I provided was incomplete. They personally called USPS and waited for over 30 mins to make the correction to my address.

Epic service. The owner is the most wonderful accommodating person in the shipping and packing business I have ever met. 5 Stars perfect.

I was in there a few days ago to have some paperwork notarized and have LiveScan fingerprinting done. The staff was so incredibly nice and personable, especially a lovely young woman name Jay. She helped with my fingerprinting and was incredibly kind and gave excellent service. I'd recommend this place to anyone!
