Don't bother hoping to get personal help or advice unless you have A LOT of money to invest or transfer. The receptionist asks you right up front how much money you have, and if it doesn't meet a certain threshold (unknown - maybe $100,000 +) you won't get a courtesy call back for an appointment.

Not for seniors. Surprised to learn that my husband was not assisted in opening a trading account but rather was instructed in how to do transactions online. Not everyone is trusting of online financial transactions. If you are 70 or any Medicare age you ought to get a break. Staff were not at all helpful.
