“Stopped in this past Friday, to open an additional account, and while I was kind of put off by the attitude we received upon entering, it got better after a few minutes. For a second there, I second guessed why I stay with Wells Fargo, as I had never been treated that way at the bank (any of the branches) I've been with for 40 years.As mentioned above, we went in to open another account. We were asked if we had an appointment, and once we said no, the attitude set in...immediately. The bank manager must've seen my expression because she immediately came out and asked how she could help. Once that took place, the whole visit went from yuck to ok, and now we're talking. Our personal banker was very nice, and explained our options on what would be best for us since this is an additional account, and not one of the primary account.Overall, we left happy, and will be back to the branch next time we are in town.”

Issy was incredible -- caring, skillful, knowledgeable, persistent, friendly -- I couldn't have done it without her. She even came in on her day off to help me out when deadlines were tight! “Not the biggest fan of Mr Dimon but I am a big fan of Chase Bank at Country Club Gate Pacific Grove , especially Ms Grover .When they closed Chase at Lighthouse PG I begrudgingly drove across town to my new bank locale , walked in and was welcomed immediately by 3 or 4 employees . One from the tellers zone waved me over and as I approached her I began to lament the closing of the branch on lighthouse . She stopped what she was doing and just listened. When I was finished venting she asked what can she help me with . Just need cash I said the ,the auto teller outside doesn't work . She could tell I had my jaw was a little twisted by now .She immediately produced the cash I wanted and as I turned to leave she stopped me and said By the way Mr Grover we have the same last name !I stopped dead in my tracks we had a great conversation about our last name /possible relation of which I won't bore you with but just as a new customer walked in she stopped ,said gotta go ,let's talk latter . Destiny forced me into that bank at which I Rec'd great service and found maybe a long lost relative. Never met another Grover first hand . Jamie so so, Ms Grover ,Five star employee !! Had it not been for her I would have changed banks .”

“Limited experience working with this particular Bank of America location, but it seems like a fairly typical Bank of America location. If you bank with Bank of America, then no reason you should expect anything contrary at this particular location. Given the liw-key and limited shopping options around Carmel, this is a useful service to have.”
