Chris that work in the Carmel location is a super star!! He always called me about my updates and walk me thru my loan process and it has been great. “Great location with even better staff members! Spencer, Greg and Terry (sorry if I misspelled any names) were all very helpful on phone and in person. Spencer did a great job explaining the rules efficiently for my new account and I genuinely felt inspired to set up a prime/premier account in the future. Only knock, which has absolutely nothing to do with the staff was the ATM and general tech they were using. The poor bankers had to suffer through dial up speeds and the outside ATM was having issues, no longer took contactless payments and I noticed a small line forming. Anyways Wells Fargo leadership should pay their staff members more and invest in better tech. Their crew is the only reason why I'd stick with them and not move to another bank.”

“I expected it to just be a typical bank branch where you go in, do your thing, and leave, but something about this place just feels different. Ive been coming here for years now and everyone remembers my name, which is kind of crazy for a bank. They helped me sort out a messed up deposit once and the teller actually listened to my whole story without looking at thier watch. The drive up here is a pain sometiems but I keep coming back becuase it feels like home. Honestly i dont have a single complaint, its just a solid spot with good people.”

“Limited experience working with this particular Bank of America location, but it seems like a fairly typical Bank of America location. If you bank with Bank of America, then no reason you should expect anything contrary at this particular location. Given the liw-key and limited shopping options around Carmel, this is a useful service to have.”

“Super amazing staff, they were very friendly with me and constantly checked in on me while I was waiting for assistance.

They offered drinks and snacks while I waited which was really nice.

Slightly concerned that the front desk handles a lot of the work. They handled my account application to open a savings account and dealt with depositing checks and other things.

I can’t speak for the staff but it might be good to get another worker at the front desk or delegate other people to help with certain areas.”

Nursal Matsu and Tricia Cruz made the process of opening a new checking account at the Carmel Rancho Lane branch of Fremont Bank both very easy and a pleasant experience. Both are very professional, knowledgeable, efficient, personable, and have a fun sense of humor. All my questions were answered.
