Wow-wow-wow!! So impressed with the customer service at this location. My partner and I opened a business account on Friday. Robert Chambers went above and beyond our expectations and was very knowledgeable. I'm so happy we are banking with Chase!

Slow, molassis slow... one teller and two or three non-teller non-helpful manager/sales associates. Needs more helpful people and less sitting-around types. Not an efficient branch with poor time management for their customers.

My experience with this branch has always been positive. They are very attentive and helpful. Always recognize their customers and do a great job. Their new manager makes certain that everyone is treated well.

I will never go to this branch again. I had problems with a deposit I made in the ATM, before they got the new ATM machines and asked to talk to the manager. She was an older lady and was very biased towards her employees. She was very rude to me and was very difficult to work with. I asked to speak to her boss regarding the issue and she REFUSED to give me his contact info. She ended up resolving my issue after two weeks and gave me back my money. I told her she handled the issue in an unprofessional manner and she ended up apologizing in the end when she realized I was right, but I had to PROVE myself, which to me should be the other way around, because they are the bank who handle MY money and lost some of it SOMEWHERE. When I got all of the EVIDENCE they did not stick to their proper protocols, which I found out from another branch. When money is deposited in an atm, that money stays in house and should be counted twice by two DIFFERENT people NOT ONE person twice, which is what happened at this branch (according to the same initials I saw). This was not the only time I had unprofessional run-ins with this branch. Another time I went into the branch in person. I had just opened up a joint account with my husband at another branch. I wanted to change my last name on the account, which by the way my driver's license had, the man at this branch said that I needed my marriage license and this and that. I asked him why I needed all of these materials when my CA drivers license has all of the correct info, and they are a state agency which I had to provide all of these documents to. He said I don't know and he suggested I go back to branch that I had opened my joint account at and have them help me instead. I will never never go to this branch no matter how close it is to my house. They are unprofessional and they can't be trusted with your money because they DO NOT stick to the corporate protocols that are suppose to be in place to protect customers.
