“Stopped in for a couple things and went through check stand 5, a cashier in training sign was perched at the start of the belt. Candy was her name and she was so professional, courteous, and friendly. She handled a difficult customer before me so very well, like exceptionally well. Then while that customer just stood there chatting with me AFTER her transaction was complete, Candy started prepping for the next transaction, mine! She greeted me warmly, efficiently scanned my groceries as well as gave me a compliment, even made me laugh a little and before I knew it I was all checked out and ready to go. Please please please give her the reins to train future cashiers. Seriously the experience was THAT good. Way to go Candy and good job Whole Foods! I'll be back!”

“This spot is ideal for people watching their macros, want a light, nutritious meal, or who want to grab something quick on the run. Food is portioned and includes nutrition/macro info. The Monterey location has a funky speakeasy style dining area where guests can microwave and eat their food. That was a fun feature. In terms of the food itself, the salmon was good and microwaved well (I usually don't microwave fish) but the green beans were steamed with no salt or seasoning. I also feel that $15 per meal is a little steep for the portion and preparation, but I understand it's costly to operate a business in downtown Monterey. Overall, it was a decent experience. My biggest issue was the lack of any vegetarian or plant based options. Every meal had meat or fish. It would be nice if they offered tofu or tempeh as a protein option, or a meal that is veggie forward.”

“Seaside needed a market where the who's who could visit . A place to see AND to be seen . All one has to do is walk near this place to see the red carpet rolled out for the wealthiest folks of Seaside California. The real elite visit this place seemingly daily . If your a car fan you simply need to visit the parking lot to take in the large amount of Ferrari 's AMG Mercedes and more . That said they have something for you tech geeks as well. You will quickly notice that every one of the markets clientele possess the latest and greatest in high end smart phone and tablet technology. Ladies ! you haven't been forgotten. You can see the latest Prada Lou Vuitton and so on here ! Next time you leave your 9-5 dog tired and maybe able to take home half of what you made (why are taxes so high here ?) stop in to prime time nutrition for inspiration and to see how California's elite truly live. While you watch the never ending parade of fortunates you will find yourself day dreaming about a day you can see your family before dark . Alas it's but a dream .
