Parts Unknown in Carmel carries all of the best comfort shoe brands: Clarks, Bueno, UGG, Olukai, Taos, Soft, Hey Dudes, and more! They have both Women's and Men's clothing brands: Kuhl, Tommy Bahama, Scully leather, and more! Truly a fashion adventure to be worn for work, for leisure, or for parts unknown! Best of all the sales associates and management are very helpful and treat everyone like family!

I purchased a pair of Clarks shoes at Parts Unknown. The first (and only) time I wore the shoes they proved to be defective I promptly returned to the store and spoke with the salesman (Bill) who sold the pair of shoes to me. I explained the defect to Bill and said the shoes presented a tripping hazard. Bill said he experienced the same defect in his pair of Clark's' shoes. Bill said there was nothing he could do about the situation. I asked to speak with the manager and was told the manager was away from the store but would return in 2 days. I asked to speak with the person in charge and was told that no person of authority was in the store. Another salesperson (Regina) overheard my complaint and she said "just give the customer a full refund", but when she realized that I had worn the shoes once, she changed her mind. Regina told me that the manager (Abi) should call me in 2 days. I have 3 complaints. First, the shoes were defective and this defect was known to Bill the salesman and NOT disclosed to me. Second, there was no person of authority at the store to deal with customer issues. Third, I don't know if the manager, Abi, will call me in 2 days, and if so, whether I will receive a full refund. Fantastic blouses for work or casual, I buy for my work as business owner /architect. Great fabrics, simple and complex patterns, great quality modern design women’s shoes, excellent service, don’t miss it. Best clothing shop in Carmel.

I went into this store in Carmel because my husband liked a shirt in the window. I ended up buying a leather jacket and a pair of shoes. The sales associates were very helpful and friendly. When I got home I realized I did not love the color of the jacket. I called the store and spoke with Brock. He was super helpful....he sent me a picture of the other colors that the jacket came in. I liked the cream jacket. He did not have one in my size at the Carmel store but he ordered one from another store. It arrived in 3 days.He promptly emailed me a return label with free shipping so all I had to do was put the first jacket in the box and send it back. As soon as Brock received it he called me to get my credit card info so he could credit the returned jacket back to my card. Truly appreciated the kind and helpful service I received. I will be sure to shop here again the next time I am in Carmel. Thanks again Brock!!

In my opinion the clothes are outdated. The salespeople are not friendly. One is a Barney Fife. Or maybe they decided to ignore us because I was wearing Levi's and a t-shirt. But then again, they treated my wife rudely too.

My experience was by telephone with manager, Caroline. She was kind and took the time to share detail and measurements with me, and the item I purchased arrived in the mail elegantly presented and wrapped. Unfortunately the item did not fit my needs in the end, but Caroline remained most gracious-- my return was accepted promptly, cheerfully and professionally. My experience with this store was excellent, due to Caroline's outstanding service. .

The manager openly talks s*** s*** about her employees while on the sales floor. & if you are not a white person you may not receive the best customer service. I've also been in and out of this shop throughout the years and the management is horrendous every time.

Horrible management with Customer Service. Bought a pair of Sofft leopard shoes a week and a half ago, called store to see if they would credit me a $40 price drop as the manufacturer was selling the same item online for $99.99 from $139.99, and we'd spect over $335 in the store when we bought them, but manager would not do so. Now I have to return the item if I want the $40 difference...horrible customer service from manager!! Won't take my business here ever again, nor will any of my many friends and daughter who live in the area. Hope you're happy lady!
