Called 15 minutes before they closed to see if they had one and the nice lady we talked to was great and waited for us to swing by to pick it up. The first unit I chose ended up not being the right fit for my needs (through no fault of Krys or her team), but Krys went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. She arranged for Tony to show me another unit that worked perfectly. Both Krys and Tony were professional, accommodating, and genuinely made the experience stress-free. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for better support—highly recommend MoD Storage for anyone looking for reliable and friendly service.”
“I have used a few storage facilities in the area, and helped friends with many more, but this is my favorite by far. The facility is clean, there's plenty of room, good signage, easy access and the unit I rented had a light inside, with an electrical outlet.The staff is nice, there's an accessible dumpster on site, and the hours are the best I have seen. The prices are good, and the staff let me know about possible units opening up in the time frame I was requesting.I really like this place and would use it again if I ever need a storage unit. I have already recommended it to several people.”
