My first bad comment is for the poor customer service they have in this place, both adult gentlemen both have very bad character, one spends his time smoking outside with other lazy people, and the other is a despot, not once but the 2nd that denies me entry to the bathroom, I WAS A REGULAR CUSTOMER, because I will not return to this location, every third day I come to buy drinks for my co-workers and lottery to fill my car with gasoline and it is not fair to be treated badly way and less that they deny you a bath because they already mopped it. Simply unacceptable, not only about the bathroom but also his rudeness for not having change or simply for "disturbing" his social gatherings to be attended to. DON'T COME THERE IS ANOTHER GAS STATION NEARBY AND THIS IS BRUNOS MARKET FOR DRINKS

Short old guy with the white hair behind the counter is rude as hell lmao. I just asked if they sold lottery scratchers. Never experienced something like this before.

There is an old man with long hair very rude, and he smokes all the time, I hope the owners do something or close the place because this guy is a threat, by the way if you are going to buy beer go to another place because they are expired in this place plus the IPA, just check the date of the product.

Great customer in both morning and night. The old man is a sweetheart and I don’t understand ALL the rude reviews against him. Also something CUSTOMERS need to keep in mind is that when the night person has to close the store to clean the restroom DONT BE RUDE. It’s not like she can clone herself and be inside and cleaning outside at the same time. Also CUSTOMERS don’t be that person & expect to use their customer parking spot for your shopping & dining needs FOR THINGS OTHER THAN THEIR STORE… Find street parking & walk.

Went in to ask for change for a $20. Counter attendant sighed loudly and gave me a lot of attitude, but reluctantly agreed. He slammed the bills on the counter. Apparently asking for change is too much for this guy to handle. After reading other reviews, I'm surprised this j*** is still here after years of being rude to anyone and everyone.

We are visiting from Los Angeles for a wedding, we stopped at the Shell gas station to get some water after drinking and they close the door in my face and locked it at 9:28 PM when the store is set to close at 9:30 I told the cashier who was there on Sunday, November 7 that I would just be one moment and he locked the door in my face I'm very unhappy

Always the highest prices and worst customer service. I needed gas, and I didn't plan well, so I got ripped off.

The inside store is awful- cramped, disorganized, and has a large area for storage or something just open- it's truly bizarre. The cashier, George, is rude and probably shouldn't be in a customer service position.
