“This place and its people are pretty great! The owners are very knowledgeable about nutrition and health, and I value their recommendations and know that the brands that they carry can be trusted for being high quality products.”
“This spot is ideal for people watching their macros, want a light, nutritious meal, or who want to grab something quick on the run. Food is portioned and includes nutrition/macro info. The Monterey location has a funky speakeasy style dining area where guests can microwave and eat their food. That was a fun feature. In terms of the food itself, the salmon was good and microwaved well (I usually don't microwave fish) but the green beans were steamed with no salt or seasoning. I also feel that $15 per meal is a little steep for the portion and preparation, but I understand it's costly to operate a business in downtown Monterey. Overall, it was a decent experience. My biggest issue was the lack of any vegetarian or plant based options. Every meal had meat or fish. It would be nice if they offered tofu or tempeh as a protein option, or a meal that is veggie forward.”
“Monthly, I purchase water at the store in Seaside, Ca. They let me borrow their cart or I use a shopping cart. Whomever is there carries the case over for me to be checked out. Many times they open the box and help me place the bottles into the bags I bring. They always greet me and the other patrons who come in the store. Every person that works there is customer service oriented. I have been coming into this store for purchases for over a year and a half. Always excellent service. Just wish all stores were trained like the vitamin shoppe. Talk about making a good impression. They did from the start with me.”

“Adore this place? I can get in and out in no time! They have a limited selection compared to the larger stores but the quality of the items is outstanding. I have discovered items there that have now become our staples to include pistachios and Simply Elizabeth Oatmeal. The staff are welcoming and have been there for years!!!”
