7-Eleven as a whole has the bar set pretty low. Some are good, some are nasty. Today I stopped in for a soda fountain drink and after drinking it I popped the top to get at the ice. I noticed there were odd black spots in the ice so I stopped and plucked one out to examine it. It was unmistakably half an ant! And there were several more bits like this in my ice. Knowing I just drank a soda where ant parts were soaking in it like tea bags makes me SICK! I will never return to another 7-Eleven for as long as I live.

The employee is very rude—I don’t know what problem they have with me. Every time I come in, they treat me badly. This should be the last time, or I will file a complaint.

Just moved to The Area- Will Never Visit this 7-Eleven again. & Would like to WARN OTHERS ABOUT THE POTENTIAL RISK !!
I Visted sometime Between 12-1:30AM on 11/10/24 & was Stopping by to get a few things, I had put some things on counter & went back to get something when I noticed my items had been moved to the secondary register (Not really trippin) As I’m still deciding on what I want I noticed the cashier walking towards the end of his Counter to watch me like a Hawk for whatever reason (like there isn’t literally a Giant tv monitor hanging in the front he could watch me on) anyways I get the last of my things & Wanna hurry & leave because clearly I’m being Profiled here- I Pay with my card- about an hour after my card was swiped here it was wiped of all its money , I find it interesting that the cashier specifically moved my items to the right hand register after seeing me holding my card. Thankfully I was reinstated my money - this isn’t uncommon for convenience stores to have Skimmers on them , im just use to my Old local 7-Eleven on Auburn & Madison Being Trust worthy, never had an issue there , unfortunately this location is extremely shady. I just find it ironic How I was Racially profiled in this establishment by a cashier whom was probably the one who placed the Device that Stole from me & my family. Be careful here

I used to go there all the time but now it's to ghetto,to many bums everywhere.A homeless guy was pissing on side of building.It not safe anymore

Always clean and the guys are very courteous. I delivered DoorDash and I am there frequently. I miss Prince but these guys do a great job as well.

They make up their own rules and they make up their own charges for different things.And they will not allow anybody to get free ice.Or water no matter how old you of how hot it is Every other 711 I go to only charges 50 cents. If you use a cup, not your own bottle so much for human rights laws for water.

there are soooooo many things wrong with this location (namely the incredibly rude, incompetent staff). because of this, we only go there once in a while when we want something they have and don't feeling like drive far, as it's literally right across the steet. tonight my bf went in there and purchased an ice cream bag. the cashier was apparently having trouble scanning the barcode, so he OPENS it up and scans it. my bf was pissed because he wasn't planning on eating it right away and that's just not something you do, especially without asking the customer if they mind beforehand. the guys response was "what, you saw me open it." like that makes it better. thank god we're moving and won't have any reason to ever come back here anymore.

Viren Kumar deserves a nice paycheck raise he is awesome and great has great personality and his like my best friend always willing help and knows your daily purchases as a regular I wish there’s options to give 100 starts but 5 star Viren does it all thank u buddy ur best customer Krist !

This store is very inconsistent in their ordering. They have been out of Winston gold 100s cigarettes 99% of the time for over 4 months, not re-ordering certain flavors of sports drink of their own brand, always out of either flaming hot Cheetos and/or Hot Cheeto Fries. Staff is friendly but always on the phone while on duty.
