This store is very inconsistent in their ordering. They have been out of Winston gold 100s cigarettes 99% of the time for over 4 months, not re-ordering certain flavors of sports drink of their own brand, always out of either flaming hot Cheetos and/or Hot Cheeto Fries. Staff is friendly but always on the phone while on duty.

This dude don't ever have his pizzas ready. Everywhere else I go... be it woodland, Davis, south sac, Elk Grove, even Roseville. Even Stockton got their s*** together. This location always says the same s******* "Giv me 1 min... I make pizza" It don't take 1 min though. It takes 8 min. Quit being cheap. Cost you $2-3 wholesale for that frozen pizza. You make that back on two slices for $2.82. This is the only location you gotta call ahead of time to ask if he got the pizzas ready or not. Get your act together.

The absolute worse 7-11 I've ever been too. They purposely have products mislabeled and mis-priced, the cashier was blatantly racist and rude, he actually left the front desk and left out the door during check-out with people in line for over 10 minutes. He tried to give me less change than he owed and to top it all off, he purposely did not add my points to my 7-11 account after my purchase.

Extraordinarily slow service. Had to get rude about demanding their attention to get service, then the clerk tried to cheat me by adding an item after I'd handed over payment for the total on screen, which he could not be bothered to actually speak.

I called got hung up on it's 435 in the morning my lil boy is crying I bought 6 donuts and Rose for my finance 10/10/2020 is the dat also bought a pack of OG Woods sweet but he didn't put my new ports in the bag he didn't give them to me I'mma keep trying to call until my bay falls asleep I'mma have to walk up there and they didn't even guy me a receipt this is the last time I buy anything from 7 11

Have had a few problems here. Mostly the same clerk each time. Bought one of their brand of sports drink that had a deal on and dude overcharged me. When I pointed it out he basically told me oh well and to call their customer service number. Later down the road at a different visit, same dude gave me a pizza that had been in the warming tray for so long, that in the 5 minutes it took me to get home it was rock hard. I have tooth problems so I was unable to eat it and took it back for an exchange for a fresh one. Walked in and told dude that I needed him to make a fresh one. However, dude was apparently confused or couldn't understand me cuz I legit had to slowly speak word for word that he needed to make a fresh one cuz I couldn't chew the one I brought back. He got huffy with me and tried to refuse, but upon being told that I would contact corporate and their complaints department he acquiesced. Took me over 2 weeks to get the $ back that I was overcharged, which amounted to about $4, but when you're on a fixed income, that $4 really counts.
