I made a silly mistake that caused my insurance to cancel… I was lucky enough to be transferred to Angel at this lovely insurance company. He was beyond helpful and efficient. You can tell he genuinely cares to help others out of their silly mistakes. The entire process was seamless and professional. It makes the world of difference when you have good customer service. My wife and I are with acceptance insurance and I will stay for the long haul! Special shout out to Tyler at this location he was kind efficient and helpful with the questions. I always look for top notch customer service and I definitely have found it with this company. Every company needs a Tyler and if you don't have one find one quick.

Today, I called Acceptance Insurance to find out additional information about our insurance plan. I was very pleasantly surprised to have such a wonderful man assist me. Angel had me feel as though I was sitting across the table from him. His honest, sincere approach was very inviting and made me feel very good about the questions of my plan that I chose back in August. You are very fortunate to have him on board. I was actually thinking of changing my insurance until I spoke with Angel.

Much appreciation to the female rep that answered the phone this morning at 10:30am and straight hung up on me when I asked for a quote on adding a vehicle to my policy - if you didn't want to work today , why even show up ? Your a disservice to your industry & consumers - unfortunately she didn't give a name when she answered.
