I’ve never in my life wished there were 0 stars to be given on a review more than this moment.
1.) there has never been a time when I’ve come to this gas station and the employees have been remotely close to being friendly. Every single time the guys who I assume are East African are working they are some of the rudest people on earth and not inviting. They sit on their stools, on their phones and don’t pay the customers any attention.
2.) I came and filled up 4 of our trucks with gas before heading to a jobsite. Myself and my crew went in the store to grab snacks for the workday. I went out to my truck and grabbed a water bottle and came back in the store to grab some ice and the guy sitting on his stool rudely states that I must pay $.50 for the ice. First of all I was taken aback because I’ve never in my life had a glass station charge me for ice. Secondly you’re charging me $.50 for ice after I just spent over $600 at your gas station? I will NEVER and I mean NEVER give neither this ampm nor any other ampm in America my money. I will make sure that any person near me knows not to do business with ampm as well moving forward.

This location is a drug/homeless hang out. The employees will over charge you. Will not honor prices clearly posted on a 4 foot sign.

I would give it a zero if it were possible. I arrived at 5:50AM with sign still on door that it opens at 5:45AM. I walked in and the employee that worked all night told me that they can't sell anything til 6AM. At the same time I walked out, another customer walked in, went to the cold drinks cooler and pulled out an item to purchase. He promptly went to register and the employee immediately rang him up AFTER telling me that I had to wait til 6AM. Id be HEATED as one can get if I was the owner if my employee(s) were telling customers that they had to wait til 6 but was lying for whatever reason.

Wed. December 28 2022 7:30 am. Get coffee here all the time. Never had a problem it's great. This morning it is not so great. I take it back in and the guy said I can make another one. This time I have my girlfriend taste it and not of us taking a couple sips we decide it was horrible coffee and they should not get away with selling that way to hard working people that need their morning coffee. So I took the coffee back again and told the guy it was really bad and either the need to clean the machine or get a new one or whatever but they shouldn't be selling that horrible coffee. He said there was nothing wrong with the coffee and if I want I can make myself another one. Why would I want another? Anyone else have a problem with coffee at this location this morning?

This AM/PM closes their store at midnight and makes you go to a night window. Then they will only take cash. I'm a Door dash driver, and don't carry cash. Tonight I needed gas and cigarettes on my way home a block away, and had to drive nearly 5 miles to find a store that was open. With the gas prices they're charging right now this is ridiculous!

Great ampm in good ol" Carmichael been coming here for years at the same time every morning at 420am to get my doughnut and coffee, and see Jim every morning for last 9 years not a day missed day since they say I'm the girl with the red shoes every day

It's unbelievable the lack of customer service at this location. Two people on duty and NO ONE is working. One customer at the counter and they are all chatting like no one else needs is there. I finally just took my 35 gallon truck SOMEWHERE ELSE to FILL UP! They intermittently enforce masks. Way to go management! I won't be returning!

This gas station is running a scam off their gas pump atm readers! Tonight 7/22/2020 I put in $51 worth of gas in my C class Benz and saw on my bank acct tonight that they are trying to charge me $150 and some cents! I am filing a dispute against this am/pm with my bank for FRAUD, filed a complaint with the BBB, and will figure it I can also file a complaint with BOE and have you INVESTIGATED, and will never stop at this AMPM AGAIN! A C class Benz does not fit $150 worth of gas in the tank at $3.26 a gallon for premium! I will be back in the morning to take a picture of the pump in which your business is trying to rip people off!!!

This is not my normal go to place for buying petrol, but I've stopped here a couple times, and I'm completely unimpressed with this location. The couple of times I've been here, the station has not been busy, and I can see why. The prices really aren't that great considering some of the other Arco locations are much more competitive with their prices. Like most Arco gas stations, they charge you extra money if you use your ATM debit card to pay for purchases when you purchase gas. The pump arms are shorter at this location then they are at other locations, so consequently when you pull up to the pump make sure that you pull up so that you don't have to try to pull the hose over your car. The couple of times I have been here, the attendant inside wasn't very friendly, and made me feel like it was an imposition that I was even purchasing gas there. This could explain why the station has been emptied of customers when I've been there before. Unless you are really in need of gas, there are so many other stations literally within the immediate area of less than a mile, I would encourage you to check out some of the other locations.

Consistently has the cheapest gas in town. The people complaining about this place make me laugh. This is not a 5-star hotel; it's a gas station. Pump your gas and go about your day. If you want cheap gas, there's no better station in the area.
