“We have used Madison Service, (Sinclair station at Madison Ave. and Manzanita Ave.) several times to tune up our air conditioning. Well finally the compressor in my wife's Buick Regal started working intermittently. Farshid suggested to alternatives, a diagnosis or just check and top off. I opted to have it filled, but before the car left the shop, it stopped cooling. Farshid did a diagnostic and it showed the compressor was the issue. He also noted the loud drive belt tensioner that made the engine sound as if it had a rattle.

We had him fix the ac and replace the tensioner assembly. Once again, his quote was super reasonable and there were no surprises. The wife is happy, the air conditioning is cold (today it was 103), and the annoying rattling the engine was doing is gone!

Farshid is amazing, friendly and gets it done. He will shop around for best prices on parts if you have the time. The important thing for me is that I trust Farshid!”

“This review is for the laundry pickup service. My laundry was returned with stains on my brand new button up dress shirt and 3 items that were not mine. (bra, spandex top, and a pair of grey sweat pants. Now I'm wondering if someone has some of my clothes) When I called to see what the protocol was for receiving someone else's clothes and having one of my shirts stained, the owner Michael said to me "I call bullsh!+" (Yes, he cursed at me) Michael did not believe that I was given 3 wrong items or that my brand new dress shirt was stained. (I have no idea why Michael would think that I lied. I am a new customer and have never met him. I have nothing to gain by taking time out of my day to call and ask why I have other people clothes) He gave me an explanation about watching my clothes on video cameras, weighing my clothes and said that he has not made a mistake in 18 months. Michael did not believe that his company gave me someone else's clothes or that my new shirt was stained and then proceeded to curse at me. I was expecting an apology and maybe reimbursement for my dress shirt, but instead I was cursed at by the owner Michael. I have read previous reviews and see that Michael has cursed at other customers in the past and then comes to the reviews to type out an excuse. I am very hurt by the way I was treated and hope no one else has to experience such unkind customer service.”
