“We are in the unfortunate position of filing a long-term health insurance claim with State Farm for my Mom's recent diagnosis. State Farm's system for these claims is that a sort of 'National Office' handles the claim filling but it's assisted by the local Agent and/or their staff. My review here is for that local Brent Peterson (local agent) and his team (Milea). Milea has been OUTSTANDING in her communication, assistance, and keeping my family updated. I can't stress enough how helpful Milea has been during a difficult and stressful time. I love that at least the local State Farm offices still offer human connections such as this.”
