I had called today to get a quote on an oil change. I spoke with Bob over the phone. He was very cordial, but curt. He asked me for the make and model of my vehicle, which I gave him. I informed him I would be supplying the oil and filter. "Oh! We don't do that...." So I asked, "How much an oil change would be anyways!? " He started to fumble with his words on whether or not my vehicle should get Synthetic Oil. And so I told him, "I've been putting synthetic in it for years." He quoted me $81 and then hung up on me. Wow! So that just cost you business, Buddy BOB. And your perfect rating too. Obviously you didn't want my business. And please assist this community by removing your oil change option if you're going to be rude. I guess you rather work harder than smarter.

This is a truly honest auto repair shop that always gives the most sincere and honest advice and does the work at as reasonable price as possible. I've had nothing but great experiences at AutoMedics and really appreciate the help the owner, Robert, has given my family and me. I have recommended them to everyone I know that needs an auto repair. So obviously I highly recommend AutoMedics!

Thanks Bob, for fixing my girl. YES, I just got her back from shop. Been a month but she is ready to roll thank to Auto Meedics. You need a mechanic call them they will do you right.

This is a great shop. I found it in 2010. Bob gives fair estimates and does great work. I was unsure at first because his prices are consistently much less than other repair shops for my 2007 Audi A4 cabriolet and my 2000 Ford F150. He will tell you honestly what the car needs and what can wait. And before coming here, I had NEVER had my final repair bill be LESS than the estimate I was given!I highly recommend Auto Medics

Bob is absolutely the best mechanic anywhere in Northern California. He is fair and honest. He will tell you exactly what you need right now and don't need just yet. There are NO surprises with him. As long as I'm here in Sac, I'll take every car I own to him. Thank you Bob!
