I went in with my family and we had a wonderful experience in the store but my grandmother made a tantrum for the store not having body powder and on behalf of her I want to apologize for her being rude and especially to the young lady that told my grandmother that they don't have body powder, so I apologize for her actions.

I went yesterday to pick up my order, and I was greeted at the door by an employee. I said I had an order to pick up, but I wasn't able to go to the counter to retrieve my order. The person got on her headset and gave them my name, and they brought my order to me. I didn't even get a chance to look around and see if I wanted to purchase anything else. This, of course, was not my first time picking up my purchase. Instead, having it shipped. Is this something new?
