Slow and rude!Takes them 1hr to fill a prescription. Never again. They open at 10am then break for lunch at 1pm. The guy on the phone is so rude and crude. Such a bad experience!

This is a horrible pharmacy. The pharmacist, Steve, is a condescending racist person. He thinks that just because he is a pharmacist, that the whole world revolves around him. I'm telling other people to stay away from this pharmacy. I hope Bel Air changes this air head to a different location, since obviously, people can't stand his attitude.

I try to give myself a good 20 to 30 minutes to stand in line while while they ignore the customers and act like they don't see me standing in line. Slowest place ever and I'm taking my business somewhere else. If you can't tend to your customers right away then please acknowledge that they are there and that you plan to help them. Standing in line without being waited on or talked to repeatedly time after time for extended periods of time is rude and ridiculous. To add insult to injury you can expect them to help somebody in front of you and then disappear to the back and begin working again before your helped.

Omg if the guy that works in the pharmacy handling the prescriptions to the customers is not happy with his job he should change to something else that has nothing to do with direct communication with customers, he has no patience, not friendly at all and is kind of rude. He seems very unhappy. No idea what his name is but he also answers the phone.My whole family have always issues in getting in our prescriptions.This pharmacy has terrible service.

Like to keep my money within the community whenever I can; therefore, do not take advantage of my employer-sponsored mail-in pharmacy Rx benefit, even though it would be somewhat cheaper for me to do so. That is why the pharmacy's schizophrenic customer service experience is somewhat a quandary. Been having Rxs filled here for 5+ years. Pharmacy either goes out of its way to be helpful; or is downright rude. Slow service, but feel that is more of a result of the pandemic and management cutting back on staffing. However, when calling to check on re-fills, have been cut-off more than once while trying to ask a question. That's a lack of manners, not a lack of staffing.

Friendly and helpful staff, decent prices and plenty of parking. Shop outside of the rush hour and there is never a wait!

The worst. New people that are lost. Pharacist that doesn't know his job. Will be moving scripts to Walgreens. Pharmacist refused to fill my regular prescription because insurance didn't cover all costs. I offered to pay difference. Refused to fill Dr's script because of insurance!! Dumbass.

Hello best pharmacy. I've been coming to this pharmacy for about 3 1/2 years. My service is always exemplary. I have had serious questions about meds and gotten very thorough info from JP. Even referring me to cheaper ways of purchase. Veronica,of whom I refer to as my wife,sees me and gets my prescription up an ready. JP, Veronica always smiling. The staff always pleasant and curious. Clean countertops and area of store. I feel like my health is a priority to these people. My former pharmacy, across the street,was no where near this grade of service. No question is d*** and they take time to help me get to my best health. I just would like to thank you all for all you do. Service is too notch.
