Called this store to reserve the last paddle board in stock. Brought it home only to see that there was no paddle, board was all scuffed up, and missing fin. How are you going to sell someone a returned item and not discount it? I could have received a discount on it if I knew it was previously opened instead of paying full price. Called the store back and they found a different store, opposite side of town, with one in stock. Sad customer service. Poor communication. Stores should look at returns when people take them back! And dont sell them at full price!!

No signs saying no dogs allowed i asked the lady at the front if i could bring my puppy in she said it was okay. Then told to leave if the puppy made any noise by the rude manager! She said the puppy came at her lmfao. 9 month old lab. Rude with no costumer service skills at all. The lady at the front was nice that said the puppy was ok. Needs new manager. Angry lady.

This location is okay - I was there during an armed theft incident yesterday which scared the hell out of me, my friend, and other customers- sounds like only one person was injured due to trying to intervene- we ran out the emergency exit through the back because he was armed and we didn't want to stick around and get hurt- staff was nice about the incident but I still don't think I'll ever come back.

Reliably have good cheap shoes, the ones I like are always in stock and priced well. Always someone to help in short time.I have bought a few other things here, like socks and back packs, but I am not really a sports person.
