I want to especially thank Liz in the front office and all the crew at Caliber Collision. My dad took his Toyota Tundra into Caliber in April 2025. In between the process of repairing his Tundra, my father became ill and was in and out of the hospital, unable to get back to Caliber to request a change in part of a repair/concern he had. My heart was broken when passed away on July 4, 2025. During his last days, he made me promise to handle some unfinished business one of which was his Tundra. So I was immediately back and forth with with his auto insurance and with Liz at Caliber. Today, with so much satisfaction, the last task requested by my dad was complete. It was because of the exemplary customer service from Caliber, especially Liz who played an intricate part in the final solution. It was Caliber who was able to satisfy and provide exceptional service. As I shed some tears for 'pops' and for this final resolution, just know their are still business out in the world who don't just want to rip you off and Caliber Collision is one of those businesses. Thanks again Liz & Caliber Collision.

I can’t say enough about how great the service was. Everyone was some helpful and accommodating, especially Lizz! She kept me updated regularly, was extremely professional and so friendly.
The whole experience was so stress-free! AND, I got my car back a week before estimated!!!🔥🔥🔥❤️

This is a great facility. The employees are very helpful. They completed my repairs well before expected and did a beautiful job. I would go back again, though I would not like to be in the need to. I really recommend this particular facility and their employees.

It was a sunny day at 3pm when a car came smashing through my home garage and automobile. They fled the scene and I was left to deal with the whole mess.
Caliber collision immediately came to mind as I had dealt with Rod the year prior. Rod understood the task and complexity of the Mazdas three to four stage paint jobs. He highly recommended the shop and put me in contact with Justin and Marvin.
Marvin was great in going over the whole process, doing follow-ups, and ensuring rental car pickup & drop off ran smoothly. Even when there was a slight issue with my insurance and my deductible waiver, Marvin was there to ensure it all ran smoothly.
Justin is an absolute professional, so knowledgeable of the intricacies and makes you feel that your property is his property and going to be handled with the upmost care. He was always available for questions and would give genuine honest feedback, recommendations and tips. Can’t say enough positive things about him or Rod!
Justin, Rod, Marvin and their painter not only restored my car but my TRUST back into Caliber Collision! I thank you for making this the least stressful part of my situation and truly delivering on the company purpose of Restoring the Rhythm of Your Life®.

I came in with a car that looked like it had lost a fight with a shopping cart army. Not only did the team fix it up like new, but Meagan made the whole experience weirdly enjoyable. Honestly, I’m suspicious they might be running a secret spa for cars — and customers. Meagan kept me updated like I was waiting on a gourmet pizza, not a bumper replacement. Friendly, hilarious, and somehow knew exactly when I needed reassurance and when I just needed a coffee. If customer service was an Olympic sport, Meagan would be doing victory laps around the waiting room. Highly recommend — 10/10, would crash again just for the service!
