Took my husband’s vehicle and they had it for two days and never worked on it. Never even bothered to call with updates and couldn’t get ahold of anyone when we would call. Complete waste of time! Wouldn’t recommend! I would put 0/5 stars but it won’t allow it.

I have had service done on my car at this location multiple times and I am always so pleased! They did an oil change and didn’t charge me plus they provided the lowest quote out of all the shops! This shop will always have my business I won’t go anywhere else.

Fast, reliable, affordable, honest, expert
Those don’t being to describe the level of service I received from this little hole in the wall shop. It’s definitely one of Sacramento’s best kept secrets. I selfishly didn’t want to write a review because I’d like for them to be available… but they did such a good job... Whatever.
If you are ever looking for a guy, you found it. Thai and Howie at Carmichael Auto are the best. Can’t recommend them enough.

Accidentally locked my keys in my car when I took it in for maintenance. Howie saved me 100 dollars and 30 minutes of my time by getting them out free of charge while providing honest, reasonably priced services on my car. Highly recommend this shop.
