I took a package to the Carmichael Box shop and I asked for a recipe. I was told they don't do that and I could that a picture of shipping label that was provided to me by package recipient. A week latter I looked up usps tracking and it said label printed but not shipped. I went back to the shop and asked. They two of them, just couldn't look up the number on usps website, all they had to do is enter all the tracking info. I kept informing them to put all info in but they kept saying we never sent it. Basically Then he brought out book of listing of shipments and said its not listed. Over and over saying that as I state I left it here on your counter and described person that took it. I've gone there many times and they seem to have high turn over.
We are told by them to just put the package in the large blue wheeled box up front. But I had a usps label on a package. So if they lose it or etc. Your out of luck because they can't be held responsible because there isn't any proof you gave it to them.
It was a coin I was returning to get my money back.

Just drove 20 miles round trip because the website advertises 100 shipping box sizes and I figured they would have what I need. They have 40 sizes on display so I have to cut the box. The cost was steep for one box.

Great place to get your livescan and fingerprints done at a great price by fast and friendly staff! Google maps location is slightly off as it is actually located next to H&R Block and Starbucks inside the Bel-Air parking lot

I would give them 10 stars if I could. Every time I go there, they are so helpful and caring. They mail fedx and ups packages, and I would use them over any other feds or ups store. Other ups wanted to charge me $4.30 to print the ups label to send back to sender- what a rip off. Thank you so much for your sweet and generous service!

I've been disappointed by this location several times. I would just give one star. However the people that work there are very polite. They are bound by what the owners tell them to do. However, they are polite. The last and final straw was taking a return to be send via UPS with a prepaid label. It is an $1,800 device. Again a prepaid label. They would not provide a receipt of accepting it. Waiting for UPS to collect it. Unless I wanted to pay them to ship it. It's just ridiculous. Every little thing to make every little dime sacrificing customer service. Again, the gentleman was very polite even wished me a good day which I returned the same to him. However, still only lip service. No actual service.

All in one store where you can ship, print, scan, fax, and buy cute post cards. The crew is always nice and knowledgeable. My personal fave is T.J. who will always help you with shipping services.
They also offer live scans for DOJ and notary public services.

I went to this box shop to return an item from Amazon to UPS. The item was scanned and label was created and packaged. I had to pay for label copy and never told that I had to pay for the copy. I returned this item on December 26 2023 and was never issued a refund for this item. I will never go back and return items I brought from Amazon again. Next time I will go to UPS store to return my Amazon items
