Always a long line when I'm there, 15-20 wait to pickup where the prescription is already done. When you call, you have to leave a message and can't speak to anyone.

One star is actually too much. This place is consistently out of stock on medication and you cannot call them, they have an answering machine but they haven't called back after two messages and four days so I came in to ask in person but the line was way too long. Came back when they opened and had about 4 people ahead and after 20 mins finally got to ask what happened to my prescription. Lines are always long and they only have one person working the department so it takes forever. Also they actually close the whole thing for their lunch time which is apparently the time I came. Save yourself the grief go elsewhere.

They are very disrespectful people i come to the pharmacy on the time. She said now we are closed your late one minute but it was open. They don’t want to give me my daughter medication it was for seizure .

Worst pharmacy ever, I can't believe anyone would electively choose to use CVS's services. Their automated phone system is worse than the DMV, takes forever to get a callback (you can't get to a person, 10 mins for a VM system), they just shut down in the middle of the day for lunch (this is not posted anywhere but inside the store), and don't even reopen on time. Downright painful

Wish I could give No Stars. World's worst company. No one will answer the phone. You can not talk to the pharmacy and your medication is never updated on their stupid system. Go anywhere else if you are smart.

Literally the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. They're confused and bumbling, losing prescriptions and have even given my prescription to someone else by mistake. Don't even get me started on how sketchy this whole corner actually is in general. Don't get robbed in the parking lot. Save yourself the trouble and go to literally any other pharmacy you can.

This is an individual for Doug in the pharmacy. I had an issue with a different CVS and he fixed my problem post haste, Doug is the tip of the iceberg the Pharmacist really went the extra mile to take care of me. I can't thank this Pharmacy enough. It was looking like a long painful weekend. Ms. Ngo, YOU ROCK!!!!!!!

Came in to redeem my free $3 birthday reward and used another $3 off the 2-pack crest toothpaste. I'm happy with my deal today and the cashier was nice.

Total pile. The pharmacy is super slow and there's always a line. Just don't come here. The girl just clocked out in front of a line of 5 people and said "she can help you when she is ready. I have to clock out or I'll get fired and I don't want to get fired." She then bailed.

Pharmacist do their best to have things ready in a timely manner. They always go out their way to help me out. Respectable and friendly. Overall great location.

The pharmacist is very good.The support girls at the register are not trained and extremely slow and give you non accurate information.

I have to say that I agree with the reviews below re: waiting for the pharmacy to pick up the phone.I waited 30 minutes today--after they said that just two calls were ahead of me! And a few days ago, I waited 18 minutes. Both times I just hung up.So yes, the PHARMACY IS THE WORST to deal with by phone.I think they under-counted ma's pills once too. Yep, I count pills b/c, believe it or not, machines aren't doing the counting, and the humans make errors, or worse. They made it right though, once I pointed it out to them.In their defense, the Pharmacy staff may just be the victims of yet another horrible for-profit American only-the-execs-get-rich company. If the company I worked for didn't allow us to hire the staff we needed, I would do the same thing this Pharmacy may be doing--put the folks on the phone on hold, and help the folks waiting in line.But alas, I'm not sure what the real story is here. I will be moving our account to Walgreens--I don't even care if they are a bit more expensive.
