I have been coming to this location for over 10 years. The store manager is amazing! She always recognizes me when I come in. She goes out of her way to make my shopping experience enjoyable. Not everyone can be as amazing as her, Kudos to her!

I would like to submit a compliment about this store and the manager sealy she is really great. Very experienced polite and professional a great person and employee doing a great job. I recently visited my local Dollar Tree and was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service and the great variety of products. The staff was friendly and helpful, assisting me quickly when I had questions. The quality of the products is impressive for such a low price, and I was able to find everything I needed. From cleaning supplies to snacks, Dollar Tree offers great value for the money. I highly recommend this store for anyone looking to stretch their budget without compromising on quality!

Wish I could put 0 star. It’s a dollar tree. Never had problems. Til the manager with brown hair decided her life sucks and wants to yell at customers and employees and refuse to give service to ppl who have a scooter to buy one item for a child’s birthday because it’s the dollar tree law. I guess she’s the law and we have to follow her rules. I really wish she would just stop hating her life and be a good employee. This is ridiculous. I was there one day and she yelled at her employee to go on break and her employee wasn’t even done ringing up a customer. She mentioned that and the manager was still yelling and rude. Update her name is probably Shirley according to all the reviews if not then that’s sad this dollar tree is full of so many rude individuals.

rude cashier, she purposely didn't greet me but was overly friendly to other white customers. When I said I wanted a bag she made a big deal out of it and asked me what exactly I want to put in the bag. I don't know, you're the cashier why don't you figure it out???
I'm not sure what her name is but judging by the other reviews here it seems like my experience is not a unique one.

You need to mark your floor showing there is a single line to all the cash registers. When Shirley rudely told me there was only one single line to both registers, the first thing I noticed was that there were 3 individual customers in the right line / register. The young lady who was currently being helped and 2 other customers, one elderly man and a younger man. Both were in the right line. Since there were 3 customers in the right lane and only 1 customer in the left lane, I chose the left lane / register. If you want customers to be in a single lane for both registers, you need to clearly mark the floor showing customers where you want them to wait. This is not the first time Shirley has been rude. This is literally the 3rd time. With how the economy is today, you might consider being a little nicer to Dollar Tree customers as we will most definitely take our business elsewhere. 3/25/24 @ 11:36 am

Customer service at very low level. Rude cashier gave me attitude saying "no sir, I'm not open, this counter is closed" I mean, if you have a bad day, either don't be rude to customers or don't even come to work.

Very rude service. Shirley did not give me a receipt after I asked for it. Asked me to come back for it which I did. She acted put out about having to do some exchanges in a disrespectful tone told me I needed to have the receipt. She presumed I didn’t have one for the precious day’s purchase and told me she could take the item back. I told her that if she checked the receipt she would find the item. Her attitude made me feel like I was doing something wrong. If she’s not happy doing what she does maybe she shouldn’t be there.Manager was walking by and I tried smiling at her. No smile. Where is the customer service?I told the manager about Shirley’s attitude and she didn’t appear very receptive either. I don’t think I will go to that dollar store again.

I only chose 1 star because there isn't an option for 0! Went into the store today as I normally make a trip on weekly basis since I live around the corner and to my surprise one of the workers "Carmen" to be exact had the nerve to tell my children while they were checking out the toys not to touch or play with anything unless they are to buy it! The nerve of that woman to tell them that! Especially while I wasn't next to them. That store is a complete mess and I've never once complained about that until TODAY! Just because she is mad she has to clean after other people (even tho it's her JOB) that doesn't give her the right to pick on children who are respectful and not once contributed to the poor condition In that store! When I confronted the worker all she can say is yes she told them that and because kids leave stuff laying around and because there are only 2 workers there. I told her that wasn't my problem not not to talk to my children like that and what kind of shit is that? Never have I heard that before!! how is my kid supposed to know what he wants to get if he can't check out what functions it has. when I asked for her name she walked away. I asked the lady at the register for her name as well as the managers name because I will be going in FIRST THING MONDAY MORNING IN PERSON to make a complaint directly to the manager! This is absolutely gross that this woman thought it was ok to try and bully kids. My son is old enough to know how to respect his surroundings. I never knew it was a problem to touch anything in the store unless you are going to buy it? She should worry about the grown adults who do that daily and tell them that to their face and not just children that she thinks she can bully while their parents are shopping in the next isle over!!! Rude af!

I would have given more stars for this very clean and well stocked store, but they had about 30 customers total in the store about 8 to 10 customers in one line and 3 employees doing other things in the store. 2 employees even walked up front and saw that the one cashier was overwhelmed with a very long line, but they both went right back to what they were already doing. They must learn that customers do come first! Other than that, I would shop with them again.
