Carmichael Branch Every two weeks I try to cash my payroll check they know my boss and they know me rude to me both times I came in.It was a Eldorado bank check and they told me to cash it somewhere else on top of giving me a surcharge of 1.5 percent.I am hadicapped and they told me to sit down which I can not.Any bank that shares a building with a doughnut shop obviously has no money that is why they rip people off.I went to McDonalds for lunch and got better service there and there building is even bigger. I am calling the better buisness bureau Monday.Stay with Safe Credit Union

fraud bank charges on my checking acct been talking to them since it happened they have not corrected issue keep referring me to merchant who I don't do business with now claiming I'm past the two month limit to file after they strung me along over the two months. law says no time limit if filed in writing I'm in the branch. now claiming I never spoke with them before. Can't dispute it.

El Dorado Savings Bank has the best home loan rates and customer service! I have banked with a local credit union for over 25 years and my credit union would not match El Dorado Savings Bank home loan rate when I purchased my second home five years ago.I have chosen to leave S.A.F.E. after 25 years because their customer service has gotten worse every year over the past ten years and they are no longer for "YOU" as they claim. I will be opening a new account at El Dorado Savings Bank Monday and transferring my accounts once my direct deposit is transferred.

My father got $400 from their ATM, paid their fee, but it came out in $20 bills. We wanted hundred-dollar bills. He went inside to request hundreds. They refused saying he didn't have an account with them. I can only guess that they don't trust the money that comes out of their own ATM. I was shocked. I will avoid this bank in the future.

Absolutely can't beat the personalized service you receive from a smaller bank like this, my parents have been customers for nearly 50 years, they have been incredibly helpful with various banking situations after my father passed a few years ago, sometimes it seems that Nancy the Branch Manager takes personal responsibility for our account with some of the the things she has caught over the years that could have been disasters for my parents financially, I recommend El Dorado Savings Bank and especially the Carmichael branch, if I didn't personally need access to more ATM's all over Calif & Nevada I would switch today, when the day comes I don't need that access I will move to El Dorado Savings.

I hate this bank, worst bank ever. App doesn't even open, called them to ask for help and never does anything. I can't see my bank statements ever, can't login online either.

I absolutely love these people and this Bank. They have answered all my questions no matter how big or how small. Explained everything to me more than once and always with a smile. I look forward to money matters instead of dreading it. Thank You El Dorado Savings Bank I started my first savings account here 50 years ago. I then tried another bank and came right back home to El Dorado Savings.
