I shop here all the time and the cashiers are very kind and they recognize me and my niece and what kind of business we do with them. It’s the sassy manager who doesn’t seem to like anyone and the donation staff in the back who will yell at you , they never seem like they want any donations. It’s like I’m doing them a favor.
I’ll keep shopping here and seeing the friendly ladies inside

this place has seriously gone down hill. i don’t know if it was a change in management/ownership but the store is a complete mess. ignoring the obvious renovations they are doing, it’s impossible to navigate through the store. i saw employees blocking aisles completely while on their phones and wouldn’t move for customers trying to pass through. the cashier was also extremely rude and unhelpful making snide remarks. i give two stars because i believe that maybe this was just one bad experience, after years of going here i am quite disappointed.

This store has gone to crap. It used to be perfectly organized and clean. But now with the two new employees it's a disaster, they put things where they don't belong, don't keep sets together and just overall don't care about the appearance of the store. I saw an entire glassware set of 8 pieces in 3 different aisles, glassware used to be all on one aisle now i find them over every single aisle, can't even touch anything without feeling like the whole shelf will avalanche down on you. Only person who keeps it organized is Marlin and dont even want him on the floor as much, please get some new employees who care about the appearance of the store!

Workers smoking right by the door. My husband and I have breathing problems. They're not thinking of the elderly people.

I come here at least once a month. But it's always to drop off donations. The person that receives the item is ALWAYS nice, friendly and polite. They look through the boxes to see if there's anything that is not accepted and rarely do they find anything like that from me. The loading area is always clean and neat. They have an ample supply of carts to put your boxes and bags in. Yesterday it happened. He thanked me and said, "but we cannot accept this item." I apologized and said, "Now I know." He thanked me for my donation and offered me a receipt - they always do. I don't need them - can't claim this stuff anyway. So I like coming to this store, it's the closest to my house and near to a lot of businesses that I patronize. This way I can incorporate a bunch of stops and be MORE EFFICIENT!
