This is the worst H&R Block. I’ve ever been to the people that worked there when I asked for their help they rolled her eyes, made excuses about why they didn’t wanna help me and then asked me for money before they even talk to me
Don’t go here go to elk Grove. !!
They’re nicer.

HR Block saved me when another company made errors on my taxes and I could not get a person to provide me accurate information.
After seeing Ellen, I will never go anywhere else. She is informative, patient and warm. She understands my needs and helps me prep each year with expectations for needed adjustments and provides me access to resources to help me understand the process more.
