Kelly Moore in Carmichael (Manzanita Ave) was an awesome experience with very knowledgeable and helpul staff. A far cried from the very cold, unhelpful, disrespectful and upsetting experience I had at the Sacramento store on Arden Way... worth the extra miles I had to drive.
