They know slightly decent English, but when you’re asking for something specific, they have no idea what you’re talking about. They just say they don’t have it, but their answers don’t match the question. So it sounds like they’re trying to answer but at the same time they have no idea what you’re asking for.

I loved my nail and toes
My concerns:
Time: this took 3 HOURS I came in at 10:30 and left around 1:30 it was Manily my nails. The lady who dos my toes to less that 45 minutes. Took way to long and that was fustrating
Payment: They asked me to Pay before they finshed my nails. I dont know if that was a Racism thing. But it low key felt like it. I didnt want to be rude and and why so I paíd but didnt give a tip.
Overall I would not
Come back just cause time

They are very sweet. The chair massage felt great, the leg and forearm massage felt nice.
But it took two hours for a classic mani/pedi and looked worse than if I’d done it myself.
I appreciated the experience because I was just trying to relax for my birthday, but I won’t return there.

Wow! So the lady was done with my pedicure, got up and went to another customer. Just left me in my chair with the kleenex in my toes, barely feet "Rude" she actually didn't even want to put the little design on my toenails. Sad service, finish what you start.

Got there at 5:15 wanted just a gel manicure the lady couldn't help me find a color match. She Passed me on to Dan because she refused to do gel on my nails. Dan kept me until 7:15 and was told I wanted dip when no I just wanted baby blue gel manicure. I wish they would have just said we can't clean your nails. I thought like all shops I would start with a hot water soak. I spent $45 dollars and less than 10 minutes afterward they are already chipped. Terribly disappointed with the experience.

Small family run salon in Carmichael. All very nice people and super friendly! Kristie is very proud of her business and for good reason - she is offering excellent services and has very fair prices! She was getting calls while helping her clients and was very accommodating! Go try them out! Several nail places are near by, make sure you look for her sign - Kristie’s!
