“By mistake... I went to the wrong clinic of the two on Coyle Ave, Carmichael. The one I went to was empty but it was the wrong address so I went to the other one. The right address was so full there were people waiting outside. I expected the software would not have allowed so many to go to the second one when just down the street the first ones schedule was wide open.”

“Had an 8am appointment, checked in as I parked about 10 till and got a text about 30 seconds later. I was seen within 5 minutes and the blood draw took another maybe 5 minutes. Both employees I encountered were very nice and the woman who took my blood was very gentle!”
