I'm very pleased to send this message. I've been asked by many others customer from metro was ask to tell you know about a very Special Person you having working for you. Ricky as always went all out for gose very and be on for you, if you ask him to help he always will to help. Some of the custoner are seniors come over and need help maybe setting up the phone or not able understand the phone The bill they don't understand. They say that he's very nice and he treat us all the same and that were very important
Takes the time give us. information to help with thinking other ways so it makes it better for all of us. They really don't have to many people that knows how to do customer sevices like that anymore

I went in with a new s25 plus phone wasn't sure about some of the features in the phone like how to find my microphone to text screen lock and other questions he answered every question that I had and help me with every necessity I needed very knowledgeable person there

Overall, I appreciate that the "manager" (she would not tell me her name) called her boss (after I pushed her to give me a name and number - which she refused to do) as I was not willing to accept only getting $88.00 back out of $228.00 on a phone that I had purchased on a Monday and was returning on Thursday the same week as I was NOT able to use it. She was not going to let me talk to him - so I had to say loudly why I was returning a phone that I DID NOT USE. He told her to give me a FULL REFUND. After it was all complete, the "manager" told me that I am "banned from making ANY NEW purchases from that store because I returned a phone. I mentioned that I would NOT be returning. She then told me that the "ban" extends to ALL TMobile locations since I cost her boss money "out of his own pocket" for the phone they "cannot resell" (again ... I only had this phone for FOUR days and was unable to use it since my broken phone had my passwords on it). Anyway, she left me with a negative experience overall about ever using METRO by TMobile ever again!!!!

Not realizing till I get home this guy overcharged the heck out of me for his own commission put a case and screen protector and chose his own plan without even asking me if I wanted any of this smh that's really shady of him knowing I was busy with kids and didn't even itemized the receipt so I can check what he charged me like really a free phone and plan costs 180 ??? Really

So it came in at 6:55. I told the guy had got off work early cause I work around the corner. I even showed him the clock he didn’t let me in. I went on the website and it says that they’re still open till 7 PM he wouldn’t even open the door for me. Super rude I don’t see why people will close early knowing that people have bills to pay and get off work early to get there. I know you guys have places to be but you guys should close at 7 o’clock. You guys shouldn’t close early you guys just lost a customer …. Lol
