“I am a single woman who was 4 hours away from home and having car problems. I was searching for a mechanic on the internet for an area that i knew nothing about and where i only know 3 people and then God sent me to East Sacto Auto. I say God sent me because i couldnt have had a better experience. From the first phone call to when i left out of there with my car repaired, i had zero worries of being taken advantage of. The folks at this shop are above and beyond in every way. My car was with them for 3 hours and i got it back completely repaired and for a very reasonable price. On top of that they cleaned the inside, (it smelled amazing) and got all the film off my headlights so that they were looking brand new and worked so much better. And they topped off all my fluids. They really went above and beyond. I couldnt have been more pleased. They communicated constantly with me and they really made me feel like they cared about me, a complete stranger. The best part is now i have an amazing and reliable mechanic up here in Sac that my 23 year old can take her car. And thats a huge win for my mama heart. They really made my day. What I love about Three Points is their flexibility and creativity in how they approach repairs. Unlike dealerships, which often take an “all-or-nothing” stance and can be overly rigid, Eduardo and his team find smart, strategic solutions that are both high-quality and cost-effective.
Here’s how I work it: I take advantage of my dealership’s oil change deal (free every 10K miles) and then head to Three Points for my 5K services in between — that way, my BMW 430i Drop Top gets the best of both worlds.
Just the other day, after my oil change, the dealership recommended a repair that would have cost me over $1,500! “Absolutely fantastic Mechanics, have trusted them with my Families multiple cars, they are very quick & efficient and don’t overcharge or try to upsell you on unnecessary repairs. If you are looking for a trustworthy auto shop for any work foreign & domestic cars don’t hesitate, wish I known about them years ago but with complete confidence I highly recommend, just in the last year they have done work on my Nissan Altima, my daughters Chevy Sonic and Hyundai Accent that had to get a Catalytic Converter replaced (wasn’t stolen just bad) they were $400 less then the closest repair shop. If you need any work done just call they will get you right in.. this review is specifically for Orangevale location as I know there are a few Danny’s Automotive around the Area

“I went here to get an alignment on my truck after new control arms were put on by someone else. An alignment was done but my truck still had problems so I took it back a second time and Mike worked on my truck it turned out that the bolts on the control arms weren't tightened up so they shifted so Mike fixed that issue and aligned it again I drove it and it seemed to be fine but the next day it was pulling again so I took it back and Mike took it right in realigned it and rotated the front tires now no problems. Thank you Mike for having great work ethics and customer service I will refer everyone I know to you.”
