Recently rented a storage unit for a business account. Had some difficulties with the rental of the unit, fiduciary agreement etc. while renting through the online portal and arriving to complete the rental agreement in person. Got linked up with Vaneesha by the on-site staff. Vaneesha set up an appointment for me to rent over the phone and made my life so much easier. In today's world of online ordering and setting up accounts for anything and everything, it was wonderful to actually speak to a real, local person. On top of the personal touch, she was great at her job and very nice to interact with. She walked me though the process and addressed all of my concerns, even taking time to call a supervisor when she didn't have a direct answer. I truly hope Vaneesha is valued by her organization because my experience up to interacting with her had been very frustrating and I was ready to take my business elsewhere, and would have if this had turned out differently.
In today's world of corporate greed and outsourcing of positions, it is wonderful to meet and interact with people like Vaneesha.

I give 5 stars because that’s the max I can give here on the charts but my experience renting a unit with public storage was a 10 rating. Thank you to Cheryl at the location on 6536 Fair oaks blvd. She was a blessing to me, perfect example of a business professional, customer service was excellent, she demonstrated going over and beyond for me and that says a lot about her character. Cheryl is a great representation of public storage and the company is lucky to have her on your team. She will continue to represent you all well I’m sure because that’s what I experienced. I was definitely appreciative of what started out as a stressful process turned into a painless one ending in a positive result.

Got a good price on a clean unit as advertised, located along a driveway wide enough for two vehicles to easily pass.
Lady in the office, Andrea, was informative, helpful friendly and professional. I had many questions and she was polite and patient throughout the appointment.

Was able to secure and start loading a large unit within the hour of researching storage spaces near me. The digital gate entry is a game changer. Aundrea helped me on my first day, and had stopped by the unit checking in on me and assisting me since. Great experience so far!

I was highly impressed as this was my first time visiting the facility . The office was immaculate. I am grateful to have connected with Miss Aundrea. She was super warm and friendly . I immediately felt welcomed. She was efficient to address my need and went over and beyond by helping me not only push my moving kit to my vehicle but also arranging it in my Jeep. I am beyond grateful for her act of kindness. Thank you again Miss Aundrea for all of your help! You were such a blessing to me and my family yesterday evening. This is definitely a go to location to assist in your moving process or storage .
