The staff at this location are extremely helpful. I have had a great experience with the staff; however, I rented a new unit less than 6 months ago, and this month my rent was increased over 35% from $158 to $215 per month which has totally killed my budget. I will likely have to go hungry this month. I did not even know that my new rent rate was move-in discount, as that was not indicated on the unit I reserved online. This has everything to do with corporate, and not the location management.

Aaron should teach a class in customer service! He was friendly, professional, and helpful. He answered all of my questions. He is the reason we stayed with public storage and will continue to do business with public storage. The units are clean, the property is clean and secure. Thank you Aaron and team for a great experience!

I went to this facility yesterday and met Al. I have worked for storage facilities in the past for over 10 years and Al was one of if not the best rep for his company that I have met to date. Al was not only knowledgeable but very professional and patient. He was able to answer all of my questions regarding this facility and I actually felt comfortable as if we really knew each other. I trusted him and that is big for me. There were no high pressure sales tactics and because of that I just wanted to start shopping there...lol. I was unsure of this particular company and Al put my mind to ease for sure.

I called in to check pricing for a smaller storage unit and spoke with an employee named Aaron. He was very informative on the sizes and prices. Asked if I could make it in today but unfortunately I was asking for a friend. Excellent customer service and attention to detail, thank you Aaron.

Aaron is a back up for David at the location.
Aaron was so very helpful to me, helping me locate a unit that was suitable for me. The one unit i was assigned had serious issues and needed to be repaired..
Thank you once again Aaron for straightening everything out.
Aaron went above and beyond to make sure everything was going as planned.

Fantastic storage facility! Staff always helpful and friendly and kind.Aaron , my most favorite employee of all times, Helps u find the right size unit at the best price… very pleasant with this business!!! Much better than competitors in my opinion! Aaron is the bomb specifically, never have I had a more professional, experienced, actually helpful employee at a storage unit in my life! Upon meeting his acquaintance I felt very welcomed and well informed and respected which made me make the final decision to choose the particular storage company and location. This employee needs a promotion!

EDIT TO ADD;
On Monday 3/31/25, I visited four different times trying to finish my reservation. At one point I talked to the girl working over the phone (when she finally answered), I told her I'd be there in 20 minutes. I got there and she was NOWHERE to be found. I even went through the gate as someone left and walked around outside and inside the facility looking for her and could not find her. Someone that was there moving their stuff out told me she had left for pizza or something. After I told her I was on my way and would be there in 20mins🤦♀️ On Tuesday 4/1/25, I went back again and met Aaron. He was very friendly and helpful, however I didn't have my card and learned they don't take contactless payment. So Aaron asked what time I'd be back so he could ensure he was in office to meet me. I returned at 5pm as we agreed and Aaron was cleaning in the facility but quickly hustled back to the office to meet me and help me get a unit situated. Aaron was extremely polite and helpful, which is why I will change my 1 star to 4. Only reason it's not 5 is because of the girl the previous day.

Honestly this place SUCKS!
THEY ARE NEVER ON SITE IN THE OFFICE.
They raise there prices all the time extremely high prices, not very friendly and all about making money.
Go somewhere else, trust me

Not to big on the whole do it online way because it caused me to get a unit upstairs and inside. I wanted a unit I could just drive up to and unload without having to go on a maze run and use elevators. Nobody was in the office during the 3-4 hours I was there from 1pm to 430pm
