Rude staff, the traffic was bad. Arrived one minute late, I was told to make another appointment. I did everything online including my insurance details. They didn’t have to spend time on anything. Will not pick this location again.

I made an apt for my daughter. I pulled her from school. We show up. We check in. After waiting 20 mins, a lab tech comes out and I ask her if we are going to be seen soon. She asks for my daughter’s name 3 times. There is no appointment for my daughter. Nothing! I show her both the email, the QR code, and the text confirmation of check in…and she’s silent. She can’t tell me why there is no appointment. These “labs” don’t have anyone working the front anymore. There is no supervisor at this location and the techs in the back could care less about their “system” being incompetent, they just want to go home! The only person willing to help me was a float and she couldn’t even get back in the door after helping me. I work in one of the largest hospitals in the area and we’d never turn someone away for a system error! Now I have to pull my daughter out of school again just to get this lab work done! No wonder people flood my ER for care, It’s a one-stop-shop and they know they’ll at least get everything done properly!

They only have 6-7 chairs in the waiting room so many people had to sit on the floor or wait outside. I had a scheduled appointment and checked in 10 minutes early but still had to wait for over an hour!

The people working are very impolite and had my wife and I wait for 2 hours for her pre-natal blood work, only to be denied because the provider's work order wasnt sent to their system. We reached out to our provider twice and they shared with us that they had faxed it and sent it electronically to their system. They shared with us their fax machine takes 30 minutes to 1 hour to recieve paper. Quest Diagnostics needs to retrain or replace whoever is responsible for creating such a terrible working environment.

I had a terrible experience here. The staff was incredibly unprofessional and rude, got me concerned about my safety. she was showing a complete lack of empathy and courtesy.I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone seeking quality healthcare

I had an appointment today, but they did not accept to let me in. They tell me that the system gave you an appointment by mistake, even though I showed them the email and the code. Is this my fault?

While they tried to get me in quickly, there was an issue with my labwork from my doctor and it took longer to get started. The Phlebotomist was in a hurry and did not swab my arm with alcohol before taking my blood.

My elderly 93 year old father needed some blood work done, but his PCP had not put in the lab order electronically. Christine was so patient and helpful. It took us almost 45 minutes to finally get through to his heathcare provider to fax the lab order over the Quest. The entire time, Christine let my father sit close by to her office, and she kept checking on us. She was an angel and went way beyond to take care of him. We are extremely thankful to her for her caring heart!
