I had an appointment and arrived early, checking in right away. The wait time was minimal (about 10 minutes.). The phlebotomist, Jonathan, was very skilled, kind and friendly. I’m often nervous at blood draws because my vessels are small and deep. So, I’m not an easy stick. But, he made me feel at ease and the experience was positive.

I had gotten very bad news just prior to being called for my blood draw. Karina was very kind and caring and also very good at her job. Thnak you very much!

I’m not sure what you guys even offer a phone number to call if you’re just going to send us to an automated system that leads us around in circles.

I had no problems with the conditions or the staff. The wait time as a walk in patient is insane. Having to wait over 2hrs for a blood draw is just down right ridiculous. There should seriously be a better way to treat walk in patients

Systems not working don't bother as a walk in. Waited for an hour and a half and they didn't provide any updates or even acknowledge I was there. No Communication, they should not accept walk ins if they are scheduled back to back. How are you supposed to do ASAP labs otherwise??? Unfortunately Quest is my only option for insurance.

Above and beyond quality of service. Just need to go at least 15 mins early to find a parking slot. Other than that, i am extremely satisfied with their service

Online appointment was easy, easy check in, sat down, called in quickly, and the young man drawing the blood was fast, efficient and professional. He moved quickly, but not in a rush me out way, in a way that he was respectful of everyone’s time and he wanted to make sure everyone was seen timely. I am a healthcare manager and this young man was awesome and the kind of employee that makes managing people easier. I just wish I could remember his name

It was excellent experience??made appointment online, as soon as I registered, I was called to room 5, I'm afraid I remembered the name incorrectly, she was so sweet, explained everything in detail, all went quickly and painlessly, it was pleasure to interact!

I know that is better to make a appointment but my daughter needed to get some labs ASAP so decided to walk in at 6:30 am . When you sign in the computer it added us and it lets you know how long you would wait, it told me 60 minutes and am here still waiting know 3 hours I ask kindly but they said you have to wait. Of course I will wait because my daughter hasn't eaten anything, but what I am trying to say is that if they can't take walk in then why take them or have a sign saying don't take walk in..
