went to this rite aid for a job interview and had a really good interview but probably didnt get hired cuz im black ,all my qualification for this type of job are out the roof so the fact i got passed over shows issues with the hiring process at this store cuz thats plain ridiculous and was a huge waste of my time

The employees here are polite and professional but I have wasted two trips to this store because the website shows products are in stock but there actually isn't any stock in store.

This store is horrible! Horrible customer service! It takes over an hour to call in and get the pharmacy! Definatley changing pharmacy! There is low stock on things!

This has to be the worst pharmacy I've ever had to deal with. The Pharmacist Chris should not be dealing with anyone's welfare. My wife was out of her seizure medication and I understand she's on Medical. So Sat and Sun was having seizures. So there were some issues with Insurance and getting the Meds covered and Chris refused to call Medi Cal and just asked me where I wanted my wife's prescriptions transferred to and hung up. Not only horrible treating any situations with zero compassion . If you hate you job so much than go do something else because you have no business dealing with people and especially those who need medication to survive. Next call Lawyer

I literally got 86'd from this location because they wouldn't give me my medication all at once and I got upset about it on the phone. I'm sorry I don't want to go to Rite Aid once every other day for 8 different medications, but I have better things to do with my time. The worst part about it is they completely screwed up my medication while I was in the middle of dealing with a doctor that was on vacation so I couldn't get my medication after they kicked me out of the store and they wouldn't transfer it. And then they were fucking assholes about not transferring it . They literally withheld my medication from me because they don't know how to do their job. This Hass to be a HIPAA violation or something. It can't be legal to withhold somebody's heart medication from them. Either way, I'm glad all these places are going out of business, it's exactly what they deserve. Enjoy the unemployment line when this place inevitably closes you rude inconsiderate lazy pricks. It couldn't happen to a nicer group of assholes. Seriously. Pills all at once. Why is that so hard to understand and why is that such a hard task to complete? Safeway has done it just fine every time since I left this disorganized nightmare.

My dr. Called and faxed a prescription in 5 times on 6-29-2023. Even talked to them . Rite aid still has nothing. Everything on the dr. End perfect. Rite aid pharmacy 5 stickers Rite aid no help. Dr. Calling. Rite aid general office..... problem after problem with this pharmacy. For 13 months now. They will not admit to nothing. Calling in complaints is no HELP. EVER.... F R GB.KF G G BY DG
