I found Delia via the Wigs for Kids website and contacted her through Instagram (@hairbydeliaj) to make an appointment to have my hair prepped, cut, and mailed for donation. She partners with 2 different foundations. The minimum requirements for hair donation is 9inches or 12inches. I donated 12inches since I didn't mind to have my hair cut short bc my hair grows pretty quickly and I could style it with cute hair pins.
I don't go to the salon too often but Delia is welcoming and made me feel very comfortable. She is very sweet and friendly. She has great attention to detail and appears to be a perfectionist! You will be in good hands :)

My daughter has hair very different from mine; curly, wild, red, and frizzy. Alexa took the time to educate and explain all things 'curly' as she herself has curly hair. My 14 year old left with a cute hair cut and a better understanding of how to care for it. The price was very reasonable and I will be booking with Alexa for the whole family in the future!!

Toy gave me an AMAZING balayage after I totally butchered my own hair with a box kit. (I know, I had it coming). She did everything to fix my wedding hair including fixing color, cut, and she placed and also cut my volumizing extensions. She had an assistant with her and together they made sure everything dyed even by pulling foils and stopping the dye process while new foils were going in. She wasn't winging it - Toy is a pro. It was a long session and she offered me a Diet Coke and styled my hair perfectly while drying. Going back today for my second appointment to get the roots touched up. 5/5 for Salons within.
