I insisted on sending my car here to Ken after I was in an accident. Ken's level of service and concern has been unmatched. Even with the supply chain delays, and issues with the insurance company, he made sure I stayed in my rental car, and longer than what the insurance company would like. Great service, quality work, honest people; and it's family operated!

Happen to spot this location while grabbing lunch one day, I needed some work done on my 4runner rear bumper from a car accident, Ken was courteous and professional and got my vehicle back to me sooner than I thought. Had me wait a week of putting me off to tell me he couldn't take my vehicle, when asked if this is how he nor ally does buisness he told me well you worked at a body shop right? Yes I did and we worked overtime hours to keep our promises. Skip this shop if you value your time.

I was referred to Schauffele's by John Ralich of Silver Star Motors. Schauffele's repaired my damaged front bumper guard on my 2016 Dodge Challenger much cheaper then the Dodge dealership estimate. The work was excellent and it was all done in a few hours. John Ralich is always good for a reliable referral in his neighborhood. I would highly recommend this one man repair shop, to anyone in the Sacramento County area. Thanks Larry C.

Very sweet man. I know nothing about cars and I was scared to be over-charged. My bumper was falling off from a damage on the side but I didn't want to spend a lot of money to replace the whole thing to make it look like new, I just wanted it to make it look a bit better and make it so it will stay in place and not fall off. He quoted me $80 for a quick fix & touch up but ended up changing me only $40. Definitely will go back again. Thank you.

My mom was rear ended when stopped at a red light by someone going about 40 miles per hour who didn't even try to apply her brakes. Upon recommendation from her mechanic, we took her car to Schauffele's for an estimate. We decided to go with his shop because of his experience and the quality of his work. Randy did a fantastic job repairing her 2009 Mercedes SLK! It looked perfect when we picked it up. Randy had it ready at the time he specified. He took care of all the paperwork. He was always available for an update on the car's progress during the repair. Randy and his wife are very responsible, keep their word, and are very pleasant to work with too.

I didn't get any body work done here, but I would like to give Mr. Schauffele a positive review: My motorcycle battery somehow managed to die while I was at Rite Aid. I saw this body shop, and pushed my bike there. Mr. Schauffelle was nice enough to lend me the use of his tools and battery jumper, which got my bike started and got me home. All without any sense that I was inconveniencing him. If you need body work, and want to find a friendly and trustworthy shop, look no further!
*also* google plus says his shop is on the South side of Fair Oaks Blvd, but really it's on the North side.
