Advertised a 2ohm speaker but sold me a 4ohm which wont work for my setup. Asked for an exchange or a refund with no reply.

Friendly, but general quality Did not make it to the speaker installation on my ram 1500. The driver side speaker stopped working. I pulled the door panel off and found the connections were subpar. They used drywall screws to install the speaker and had punctured the rubber seal around the speaker.

Rick and his team are amazing. I have been in multiple times some just for questions and advice some for quotes. I really appreciate the fact that he doesn't like to quote over the phone and just through numbers at you he wants you to come in so he can see what they are working with to give the best options for you specific wants and needs. They don't try and upsell you on other items they have if you come in with your own stuff wanting an install. I took my ram there to have my old system pulled out and new installed. Rick helped me pick what head unit would work best for my wants to match the amp and subs I already had to replace my old ones and the work they did on the instal is amazing couldn't tell that they had been in and behind the dash and the rest of my trim. Recently went in again to upgrade to a new sub and again awesome help and offered me multiple options within my budget that were well worth it. Couldn't be happier with the help and work I have gotten done there. I will be recommending friends and family to go there as well as they will have my repeat business for a long time to come.

quick, honest n fair . they were akways helpful and courteous . i would return fir stereo needs , getting M older MG... old school n fixing it up .. i need a bumpin tunes for sure!
