I had recently gotten a bad haircut that left me with uneven layers and length all over my hair. I needed to get it fixed ASAP, and Christine replied almost instantly to my cry for help.When I went to my appointment, she was very welcoming and made me feel comfortable. She is very sweet and thoughtful. I had many concerns for my hair, and she listened to everyone of them and made my hair vision happen.I left her salon with an amazing haircut and new friend!

Seriously unhappy with the lack of professionalism. Consistently late to appointments and without even a sorry. The worst part was the constant trash talk about her clients, I can only imagine what is being saying behind my back. Recommend to your worst enemies and watch them suffer.EDIT after reading some of the reviews I fully expect the owner to respond with the same poor excuses and non apologizes she gave the others she gave poor service to

The first step was that I told her I had thick hair by phone before the appointment because she asked. After the cut and style it didn't look good at all but I thought that maybe when I worked on it myself I might like it, so it was worth a try. I was wrong. She is not skilled cutting thick hair. When I tried to get an appointment to see what could be done to possibly correct it, she got a very bad attitude and made me feel like I was being unreasonable. Between her attitude and the bad haircut I didn't want to go back. She will no doubt deny this, based on her posts from her other bad reviews who have mentioned her poor practices and attitude.

Chris was so amazing! I went in to get bangs for issues I have with hairloss and my hairline. She was so helpful. They look incredible and I feel great. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. She told me the best things to do for my hair and how to help with my postpartum hair loss. I highly recommend her. I will be going here for all future hair cuts and colors.

DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS LADY. she is UNPROFESSIONAL, IRRESPONSABLE, and SHADY. She has majorly Screwed me over, I wish I had seen all the negative reviews about her as it speaks volumes of who she is as a person. I still thought to trust. BIG MISTAKE. I should have listened to my gut. Let me update my review: If you're looking to rent from this lady, you better think twice. I signed a lease for April 1st, gave a deposit. She did mention that she would have to do a quick run through of the unit to make sure everything was okay. She never stated that I would not be able to move into the unit. We signed a contract, I gave her a deposit and let her know that I would cancel my current lease in accordance to my new lease with her. I was due to move out April 1st and move in April first into the unit I signed a contract into and paid a deposit for. I messaged her to ask her about a time so that I could plan my move accordingly (2 weeks prior to the move in date) and she then told me that the current tenant Was having a hard time finding someone to help her move and that she didn't know when she would be able to hand me the suite. I was NOT HAPPY as my business was in the line. I expressed to her that we had a contract and asked why she was making her tenants problem my problem. She then proceeded to tell me to go rent a storage unit, "they're usually free the first 30 days" place my business on hold , go shove it in a storage and that she would send me a message whenever the unit was ready. I then told her "i understand that you want to be compassionate with your current tenant, but at the end of the day there has to be some professionalism and responsibility" - we have a contract. - but something didn't " sit right " with her with me saying that, so she decided she was sending my deposit back. breech of contract because I asked for some professionalism ?

She was very nice and helped me through with my first appointment! I didn’t feel nervous one bit after entering the building because she made it feel like a safe space! Also, she has a good eye for how my bangs would match with my facial structure. And the pricing wasn’t bad one bit! I am absolutely coming here again and I am glad that I went in the first place!

She really transformed my hair. It needed a lot of work and she took her time washing it conditioning it and giving me a look that I can feel confident about. She is super sweet and very friendly! Will definitely come back again!!
