My experience with Tetris moving was one of the best moving experiences I have ever had. Booking was easy, they were responsive when I questions, the actually showed up early, they were fast, paid close attention to detail and cared for my stuff. Only once I saw they way they packed my stuff in the truck did I get the name. AMAZING! I highly recommend these guys

I'm absolutely thrilled that we chose Tetris Masters for our recent move! After doing our research and hearing some truly horrifying stories about delays, missing items, and damaged belongings from those "big" moving companies and aggregators, we decided to go a different route. Our decision to go with Tetris Masters turned out to be a fantastic one, and we'd jump at the chance to move with these guys again!Right from the get-go, when I had a chat with Manuel, the owner of Tetris Masters, I got a good feeling about them. Manuel's honesty and straightforward approach made me feel confident that we had made the right choice for our move. However, the real excitement came on the day of the move itself.As promised, Tetris Masters showed up at our doorstep with two 26' trucks and a team of eight incredibly efficient movers. They loaded up our 3,650-square-foot home and all our backyard furniture within just 5 hours – and let me tell you, we had a lot of stuff! Their teamwork was flawless, and their positive attitudes were contagious. It was clear that they were a bunch of pros who had done this many times before.One thing that stood out about Tetris Masters' service is that they load up your stuff and head straight to your new place without unnecessary delays. Our new home was in Tennessee, and they drove non-stop to make sure our belongings reached us as soon as possible. They loaded up on Nov 14th and unloaded (in TN!!) On Nov 16th.During the unloading process, Tetris Masters took great care to put everything where it belonged. They even helped us figure out where to place things in our new home, which had a different layout. Their dedication to making the move as smooth as possible was clear throughout.Now, let's talk about the inevitable hiccups that can happen during a move. In our case, a holding strap snapped, and a couple of items got damaged, including a lamp and a piece of furniture. These things happen, but what truly impressed me was how Tetris Masters handled it. Manuel quickly refunded us for the damaged items, showing their commitment to keeping their customers happy.It's easy for a business to shine when everything is going smoothly, but it's during challenging moments that a company's true character is revealed. Tetris Masters passed this ultimate test with flying colors. The best moving experience we've ever had!!! Tetris was so easy to deal with from the very first phone call to the last piece of furniture. Other companies wanted us to fill out lengthy forms detailing every piece of furniture, box, etc. With Tetris, I described what we needed moved (in our case, everything was in a storage unit), Manuel gave me an hourly rate, estimated the number of hours, and a flat rate for fuel. On moving day, a team of three movers - nicest, most skilled guys imaginable! - showed up on time. At the destination, everything was unloaded, unpacked, put together, and put in it's place (sometimes more than once as we changed our minds : )). Such a relief, with all the stress of moving, to have a reliable, efficient, and friendly team. Thank you Tetris. Forgot to mention that their price was far lower than any other company!!!!

Hired Tetris to handle my move. 3 guys showed up and were very nice and professional. Took care of my stuff and the move went great. I would definitely use them again in the future. We recently moved to Idaho where are having a home built so we had to store most of our belongings for the time being. I used the U-Haul U-Box. I chose Tetris based on the reviews here and they did not disappoint. Manuel was easy to deal with over the phone. He kept in touch and confirmed all prices and dates.Note: We did our own packing. This was labor only.The Tetris crew showed up on time and did a FANTASTIC job wrapping all of my wifes' antiques and fragile valuables. Each U-Box comes with 32 blankets and Mo and his crew used them to protect everything.Mo is VERY GOOD at fitting everything into those moving cubes. I swear, there wasn't one square inch of wasted space. I was so relieved to see how well everything was packed. I am confident our belongings will survive the trip!You can hire Tetris and rest assured your belongings will be well cared for and your move will go as smoothly as possible. Moving is NEVER easy and something always comes up. At least with Tetris Masters Moving, the moving is the easy part.
