This UPS Store has great customer service, knowledgeable staff at all levels and a great notary who managed complex documents in an efficient and expeditious manner. I highly recommend this UPS Store.

This particular location at 5150 Fair Oaks Blvd, Ste 101, store # 1242, the staff and owner/manager are unfailingly friendly and helpful. I drive past ups stores closer to my home because the folks here make everything so easy. Thank you.

Great customer service and public notary service. Fast and efficient - I’ve never had to wait for service, and the people working there were helpful and go above & beyond. It’s also not in a dodgy part of town like the UPS on Howe.

Horrible cust service. Had a package delivered, but the shipper wanted a signature so they sent the package to my nearest ups store which unfortunately was this location. Mooney at the register rudely informed me that that location is not a delivery service and "Never Do That Again"...Well sir.... call the company who shipped it and complain to them, not the person picking it up. Please avoid this place like the plague.

Lost my package, did not offer insurance for a package then refused to refund me the value of my package. Go with USPS or FedEx or simply a more competent UPS store that asks you if you want additional insurance before taking my money to ship my package. DO NOT GO HERE. Find a different location.

I went to ship back a package to Amazon. I needed a label printed because my printer bit the dust. $4:50. To print. Talk about being robbed in broad daylight by a 1st. Class business. I was given some Lame Excuse by the manager. To think that it is LEGAL TO BE ROBBED IN BROUD DAYLIGHT BY BUSINESSES NOW..... WHAT IS WRONG IN TODAYS Society !!!
