Horrible experience for something as simple as setting up an overdraft protection a business account... I called the 800 #, was directed to one branch advised they could not do it... then was advised I could do it online again however, was advised online to go to a branch... I did went to this location of Sunrise and Greenback and not one but two tellers both made a mistake and had me fill out a personal credit card app instead of a business card app that is required at US Bank for overdraft protection... The 2nd person knew the issue the first person made and advise she was doing it correctly and STILL MADE the same issue and dinged my credit again!!!! Nightmare

The branch manager Harmeet Bal is a terrible manager. She will keep your cash deposits and make you wait up to two weeks to get them back. Don’t go here.

To the management this branch,I have been opened my us Bank account here in this branch on 2016. The people who were working were very good. But now, they very dishonest with customers. I came here to withdraw some money about a like 5k they told me we don’t have that much in our branch. This happened to me two times. Very dishonest customer service.

Ashlee is amazing, she taught me these cool hacks on the US bank app. She also took the time to help me how to bring my credit score up. She's so sweet and you can really tell she really enjoys her job.

This is the worst bank the men that work in this location are so rude and disrespectful they treat new customers really badly. When asked to speak to the manager they text him so you have no connection with the manager. I closed my account with this bank and I do not recommend anyone go to this bank. Unless of course you like bad service and bad customer service.

I been homeless for 3 weeks saving money to get me an RV I finally found the one I want rush to the bank got there 15 minute before 2pm that's when they close to find out that they were closed already 15 minutes come on who do they think they r that they can close when ever they want

They are useless and rude. I called to come back in to get help with setting up a non profit account. That would have been the third time going on the weekend. I wanted to make sure that I didn’t waste my time for a third time. Michael said they didn’t open accounts on weekends. Even though the other two time that I had been in it was on a weekend. If they don’t want to do their job then maybe they shouldn’t show up to work.

One of the best U.S Bank locations in the area. With a change in management and new employees it is truly a pleasure to visit. Jace, Nabila, and Hanas always make sure I leave with a smile on my face. They honestly care about their customers and alway deliver a memorable experience.

Everyone here is so personable and welcoming. This location is not the closest to me but because of the staff, especially Hanas, I will travel the distance. She is efficient and I can always rely on her to get my needs taken care of accurately and effectively.

Going to a bank can be an annoying task but the new staff they have made it painless and enjoyable. Starting from the branch manager Jace, to the two girls Hanas and Nabila, they all provide such a seamless guest experience.

Each and every staff member was absolutely amazing today. I was helped by Hanas and she was very knowledgeable and refreshingly pleasant. This will be my go-to branch from now on.
