The Walmart out of everyone I've been to makes you check out your own purchases..Which overall takes much time due to the lack of help for the people who don't know how to use them. They just stand around and don't help..I figure if you got all these employees watching to make sure you don't steal and checkout correctly hop on a register and help everyone. Not sure why it's like this. They do have overall decent prices and the parking is okay, but they need to step up there game on helping the elderly people checkout..yum yum

Waiting and waiting for someone to show up after pressing the call button to open the case for dog flea medicine. The petite Asian employee walks right by me several times, ignores me. She's not shopping for online orders or stocking, just casually strolling by. I'm waving and signalling the security camera right there for help. You you, the call sign, pointing at the case--because you KNOW they are watching! Finally another lady shows up- black, middle-aged, and she was nice, understanding why I was irritated with the Asian gal ignoring me. Would have purchased more items at this store but instead got out. Order online at Amazon. Not worth going in here.

i went to this Walmart to go buy some snacks for me and my friend so I go and buy them and I leave the store to go to the parking lot to wait for her. But after 10 min of waiting I had the urge to use the restroom so I went in and used the restroom on my way out the manager stopped me and accused me of shoplifting I offered to go check the cameras if they don't believe me so she confidently stated " I will" and left,after 10 mins of waiting for the manager to come back I see her coworker come up and say your good to go,The fact that she couldn't face me and say sorry is ridiculous never go here or you might be accused of shop lifting

This is the worst Walmart in the sacramento area. The guards at the door are such a creepy threatening presence. They don't have healthy shopping options for their groceries and what they do have is always poorly stocked. The store is an absolute mess and the only employees around are constantly restocking. This company makes billions and can't even provide proper staff or pay their employees a living wage. It's pathetic.

CHECK YOUR CASH REGISTER RECEIPT AGAINST WHAT YOU SAY IN FRONT OF THE ITEM ! THEY ARE NOT CHANGING THE PRICES ON THE SHELVES With rising prices , sometimes 50 cents at time , just make sure you check your register receipt and were charged the price on the shelf .This Walmart , does not keep up with making sure the current prices are on the shelf , and the computer register has a much higher price , SO LOOK AT YOUR RECEIPT and call them on it . In the old days you got the item free , not here . if the you were charged incorrectly . For two months I thought I was getting a 67 ounce Coke for $1.74 as posted on the shelf , and the price charged was $2.66. No one offered any refund or any comps . Take it to Rachel the store manager CAVEAT EMPTOR . The employees are good not paid enough , so why change the prices on the shelves ?

Walmart customer service at the neighborhood market this location sucks they always have a problem whether they're money order machine is down or they can't take a payment for a service or something there's always an issue only ever I've ever seen is one person work in the customer service desk this is the crappiest service location I have ever experienced

each and every visit to Money Center is a big disappointment filled with a plethora of excuses as to why money center is closed. example on 12/7/2022 I waited at the money center for over 10 minutes before a walmart associate informed me the center was closed ( no signs.) this money center is no up to Walmart's Standards

PLEASE TRAIN EMPLOYEES HOW TO BAG GROCERIES The young man Yousif not only has terrible customer service that needs immediate attention, the poor guy does not know how to bag groceries. Common sense is to not bag a shitload of canned foods AND vegetables together. Especially when the person is of a seasoned age (65 and up). Brought my older friend in to help her get some shopping done and to figure out why her bags ripped on her the last time she come from Walmart. We both had separate baskets And she checked out just before me. I watched him put her canned food with her vegetables. Gosh was it hard to not butt in and bag her groceries for her. I asked Yousif to speak with the manager after Yousif asked if I'd like to put a heavy 4 liter glass beverage into a plastic bag. Asked him for his manager, not sure if he paged for one or just yelled he needs a manager to the other workers in the back of service center area. ...anywho, after about 15 plus minutes or so of Waiting for the manger and rudely being told where to wait by miss Ellen I was able to speak with Sonya the manager/lead. Sonya mentioned that she was just hired and is in the process of making changes being the new lead and all. Walmart should have a requirement to train on bagging groceries. We noticed he asked my Caucasian friend did she want to purchase bags and assumed I wanted/needed a bag without asking. I came in to get a better understanding as to why my friend lost her groceries as she was bringing them into the house the last time. And this situation explained it all. I'm convinced..Walmart will hire just about anybody

Lady with all the nightmare before Christmas pins on her vest tried to close the store at 10:49. I only needed two things that I am very capable of getting before even 10:56. In fact even after arguing with her to let me in and her letting me in at 10:51, I left at 10:56. I could only imagine the people who don't have a car or something. ride their bike to pick up baby food, diapers, medicine, etc. and make it there just in time to pick up that one thing to have this lady tell them no? get out of here Oh and she had the nerve to tell me she's short staffed when I am gonna be checking myself out, and when I did there was literally 4 or 5 people working there at self check out lmao! to be fair the person at self check out that's been there recently, super friendly !

Went to do an order pick up and they refused to give it to me bc my first name did not match.... John was extremely rude and disrespectful after they refused to give me the order they went back into the store and continue to talk shit and point at my vehicle. Disgusting and unprofessional. And these fat people outside in the pic are GROSS

The store is convenient and some of the staff is super friendly but not really too happy with the pharmacy here. One month I'll go in and have no copay for a prescription the next month it's $1.60 following month no copay. Last month no copay this month they charged me $4 . You mean to tell me in 4 months the prescription has gone up $2.40. I'm not here to complain about the price I'm here to mention about my confusion with the price changes every month it doesn't make any sense to me at all. And the staff behind the counter will tell me either my insurance doesn't cover over the counter medicine and the following it's "oh we got it figured out"

With a bit of smiles and kind!!! It will be Awesome!! Don't y out agree! Bought a few hundred dollars google Cards. But some reason it wasn't working. Look. I respect policy's. But act like they just don't care. !! With a bit of smile! And fk kindness. Is all we ask. YOU bought it. You deal with it.' They didn't not ask clerk! Or any. And it was there fk attitude. There are some great. Employees. But some of . This mfs. Just need to be in trailer. Walmart is too good for them.

My lovely little neighborhood Walmart. Not too small not too big. Needed to pick up a few items and started to order curbside since I'm dealing with an unexpected, recent, leg injury. Decided against it and said I'll take on the store, just needed a few things generically in the same area of the store. My trip quickly determined to be a bit more challenging so instead of trying to be a cowgirl I asked for help. Rochelle was working the produce section and located the price on the broccoli for me. Hated to bug Rochelle again but asked for a couple product locations and she swiftly replied and I was on my way. Checkout lanes are now all self-check out (ease for customer experience, sad that means less jobs in our community), and I was out in a flash.
