“Terra-cotta boutiques has multiple locations. None are as well run and managed in the fountains location. The sales people are always helpful. As you enter the store you are greeted by name!! Who does that??? Additionally, the sales professionals always offer additional suggestions to the outfit.

Overall, a staff member named Noah took the cake. He went above to try and find me a pair of Vans I had seen the night before in store. After not finding them the first search he kindly let me know. But then did another search and found them! So appreciated. My husband got his father's day Vans request and I had a good experience.”

“The dd’s Discounts store in this location is not very busy. They're pretty much the same as the other dd’s Discounts stores, with a similar layout and merchandise. The store has some empty shelves. But it's not as bad as some bargain stores I visited recently. The cashier line is short and fast too.”

“Last year, I purchased a pair of work boots that I only wore during the rainy season. Unfortunately, I recently discovered that the soles on both boots had cracked and split in half. I didn’t notice the damage until this year.
I visited the store last night to buy a new pair, and after explaining my situation, the manager offered to looked up my original purchase see if i am still eligible for warranty. Even though it had been a little over a year, he still honored the warranty and gave me full credit toward a new pair—one he personally recommended as a better option.
Huge kudos to the team for going above and beyond. Not only did they save a customer, but they also earned a lifelong one.”

“Today was great to meet Max (air ball) as my great nephew nick named him. We had shopped around the mall and I was wiped out, the 11 year old was complaining and wanted to go home. Max and he struck up a conversation- they took a liking to each other and Max really listened to him. My other great nephew started conversing also and Max still listened and spoke with him. Later I told Max that the boys had experienced childhood trauma and their dad died a few years back. I just want to say I am grateful for Max and his staff for being so attentive to their needs, while this was the only store in the mall that was insanely busy. We need more people to care, I ended up spending more that $400.00, mostly on regular priced items.💕💕💕also I was taught what the tweens are wearing and what’s in fashion and good quality.”

“I bought a stetson evilla de oro from their website. The delivery was pretty fast. But the sombrero came in Damaged. It honestly bummed me out especially when You pay over $300 for it. The brim was was bent wierd from the front and it had some noticeable dents.
