“Hands down the best western wear and cowboy boot shop in Sacramento! I've been to every big chain and smaller stores around town, and Enrique (the owner) at Boot Town is great. They are a relatively new store and the layout is impressive.Tons of boots to choose from, work, cowboy and exotics with a nice selection of garments and hats.Ended up leaving with several pairs of boots and a jacket and Enrique answered all my questions about various leathers etc, and was very helpful.The prices are competitive if not better than most while having the customer services of a small business owner that cares.100% recommend a visit.”

“The dd’s Discounts store in this location is not very busy. They're pretty much the same as the other dd’s Discounts stores, with a similar layout and merchandise. The store has some empty shelves. But it's not as bad as some bargain stores I visited recently. The cashier line is short and fast too.”

“Last year, I purchased a pair of work boots that I only wore during the rainy season. Unfortunately, I recently discovered that the soles on both boots had cracked and split in half. I didn’t notice the damage until this year.
I visited the store last night to buy a new pair, and after explaining my situation, the manager offered to looked up my original purchase see if i am still eligible for warranty. Even though it had been a little over a year, he still honored the warranty and gave me full credit toward a new pair—one he personally recommended as a better option.

But the cherry on top was Liz who checked us out at the register and helped up get a great deal on the BOGO (which I had no idea about) and figured out how to split our purchases into two payments while maintaining the discount on our items. “I bought a stetson evilla de oro from their website. The delivery was pretty fast. But the sombrero came in Damaged. It honestly bummed me out especially when You pay over $300 for it. The brim was was bent wierd from the front and it had some noticeable dents.
